Wonderful experience”
1. Friendly, hospitable and professional staff. We want to especially thank Ms. Thoa, who took the time to give us many helpful suggestions for things to do in Hoi An and even followed up on us while we were in Hoi an. Thank you! 2. Surreal and stunning view of the ocean in the morning from our balcony( our room type was deluxe ocean with balcony). 2. breakfast had a great selection of variety 3. Relaxing and modern rooftop bar/restaurant with breathtaking view of the coast. We ate there twice. Once for dinner where they had a live band performance and the other for lunch on a beautiful sunny day . Both experiences were perfect. 4. The pool water was a bit too cold to swim in January so we did not go in. However, we thoroughly enjoyed soaking up the sun on the comfortable poolside chairs. 5. Room was exactly what I expected. Loved the gray tiles and separate rooms for shower and toilet. Great bed and lighting as well!

Modern hotel with stylish and comfortable accommodations”
The hotel is fairly new having been open only 4 months. Accommodations are very comfortable, clean and modern styling of warm wood tones and exposed concrete. The balcony view to the ocean was excellent and was great to sit and watch the sunrise and activities on the beach. The architects put together a thoughtful design and the operators were attentive to details. The staff was quite attentive and the breakfast was delicious, serving western style and asian style breakfasts with local Da Nang specialties. Staff was very accommodating and sought feedback on how to improve their operations . I'd highly recommend and would return for my next visit.

1. Some Staffs are well verse in English. Makes communication easy. 2. Staff are very friendly and helpful when we had to shorten our stay due to new travel advisory given by Singapore 3. Agoda and hotel worked efficiently to handle our refund case within 2-3 days. Greatly appreciate their help admidst the hectic covid-19 situation. Thank you. 4. The hotel stay was really very very good. Very comfortable and clean and new. They even gave complimentary peanut snacks which was very nice! Forgot to ask them where I can purchase them though.

We will look for opportunities to return to Chicland Hotel. Our stay was absolutely the best, ever! And we have stayed all over the Pacific. The entire staff is helpful, friendly, efficient and just delightful. Never have we felt so welcome and cared for. Ms. Thoa was a godsend, the day we were checking out to go to our next vacation stop we found out our lodging had fallen through - so there we were stranded in DaNang. Ms. Thoa made calls, translated, negotiated, etc. on our behalf and we wound up remaining at the Chicland Hotel for the remainder of our vacation. We had a truly wonderful stay in DaNang all thanks to Ms Thoa and the amazing services at the Chicland Hotel. I could go on and on, but will end by saying everything you could possibly want for resting, sight seeing, relaxing and pampering yourself is at the Chicland at an incredibly affordable price :-).

A beautifully designed hotel with friendly staff. Everything was just new and clean. The room was spacious. The rooftop infinity pool and bar are the perfect spots for watching sunrise and taking photos. The bar tender was a very interesting person and made very good recommendation to us. The breakfast buffet was good, with various choice of Vietnamese and Western food. Beside, the hotel is located right next to the beach. Perfect location for enjoying the vacation in Da Nang.

Relax, clean and quiet. ”
The hotel is located right in front of the beach. The interior style is modern and simple, all you need in a holiday stays. We were a little concern as we read a review commenting the neighbourhood's construction were noisy, apparently the construction next to the hotel is stopped, not completed. So, the hotel is quiet now. We did not do much research before our trip, the hotel staff Thio has been very helpful giving us local tips if restaurants, sightseeing transfer and food. It was our first visit to Vietnam and No regrets for our choice of hotel for our intended relaxing breakaway. Just one minor reason why I couldn’t give 10.0 score for Chicland, but it’s one of the best hotel at 9.8 Value for money: 5 stars Chicland’s price is slightly higher than those around it, however it’s worth if you love sea view and I must say definitely worth paying for an ocean front room which you could watch the sea from your bed. Location : 4stars (further south along My Khe beach has a lot more shops. However, Chicland’s location is good if you like good quality seafood (recommend Brilliant Seafood, just behind the hotel) Cleanliness : 5stars needless to say, it’s new and well cleaned with eco amenities Staff: 5stars, ad hoc arrangements via email/fb before our stay were prompt with the attentiveness wherever you move around in the hotel throughout our 3 nights stay. Facilities: 5stars for the infinite pool, roof top bar, level 1 ground cafe Tra House must try the Colourful Cocktail, Tea and Vietnamese coffee, good spread of breakfast at level3 and enjoyed the serenity at level21 SPA session with hot steam bath and sauna. Hope these are helpful for others.

Worth more than its costs!”
Hotel’s location is just opposite My Khe Beach. The room price is very reasonable. However, hotel’s service is worth more than its costs. We arrive to hotel early, they tried their best to arrange early check in for us and it really did us a favour because me and my mum can take a rest before going out. Thoa is such a nice, helpful and warm girl, who arrange us early check in, help me reserving a table of a french restaurant even on her day off and ask us if we need to call a taxi for going out every morning. Her truly attentive care and hospitality make our trip memorable and really bring me a great impression toward Danang. Highly recommend to all of you!!

Wonderful Stay ”
We enjoy the stay so much, the room is clean if it is a little bit bigger would be great, have tried the group floor tea house, Spa and upper deck restaurant. We have tea set at the tea house great value, spa is great with ginger smell, upper deck restaurant a bit expensive and food is bit cold. I like the location with sea view and not busy area. Wonderful stay will come back again.

One of the nicest hotel I've ever experienced. Great location and design, exactly like their photo and the My Khe beach is just across the street. The rooms are spacious and the ocean room is worth of our money. Many choices for the breakfast, including tons of local dishes and fresh fruits, and they change their manual every day(we stayed for 6 nights). The pool has a fantastic view of the ocean, and usually does not has so many people. I had a wonderful time in chicland and would like to recommend this hotel to my all friends.

Really amazed and impressed by the simple but very environment friendly architecture. I stay in the room with balcony. So enjoyable when you open the door overlooking green trees and nice beach view. I like electric fan in the room which many hotels ignore. It helps to better air circulation when we dont need aircon all day and save energy. Food is tasty and nice. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend this chic hotel when you stay in Danang

We stayed comfortably and excellent service at the hotel. The room is clean and well maintained. The décor is simply exciting. The room's balcony is filled with tree giving a green feeling. The bathrobe is different and nice to touch. The lounge upstairs is a plus, offering great cocktail.

This was my first time visiting Vietnam. Coming to Da Nang was a last minute choice and therefore, so was reserving a room at Chicland Hotel and doing so was the best decision I could have made. My partner and I never felt more welcomed and safe in a environment that wasn’t home. From the hospitality, the room and service, and the shear kindness from these host, made our trip much more memorable. If I’m ever in Da Nang again I will only book a room at Chicland Hotel.

Chicland is unique from just a pure visual persoective. The architecture, the interiors and the attention to detail stands out in Da Nang. The service is great; warm, authentic and personal. We loved the food and the roof top bar is one of a kind. Understated and minimalistic in materials and decoration but still spectacular. Really tasteful. We loved every minute here and would highly recommend it.

All the staff were extremely friendly. Loved the atmosphere. Used the pool and took some great selfies. Had a great night out on the rooftop with a couple of cocktails while watching soccer. We have been traveling for a month in Vietnam, we stayed in other 4/5 star hotels but this one is absolutely the best. The design, staff, details, food and customer service is amazing. We stayed in other 5 star hotel such as Muong and if they are said to have 5 star Chicland has 6!!! Highly recommended! Thank you for having us and we are super glad we chose this hotel!

the staff was always friendy, the rooftop infinity pool was amazing and rooms and everything was in a pretty good modern condition, i guess this hotel is a new building ! by the way, this is my 5th review cause we extended our hotel stay again ! and i need to mention, especially the drinks at the lobby are amazing delicious !!
