Very Friendly Staff, Spacious Room, Very Clean ”
We booked a city view suite, the room was spacious even bigger in person than in pictures. Definitely better than a lot of hotels in the USA. The room it self was very clean. The bathroom was clean. Ac worked good enough to be comfortable, because we choose the view our window is facing the sun, so it is to be expected for a fun view. We just kept our curtains closed during the day to keep the room cool. It was also nice to have a ceiling fan so that kept us cool too, night time got pretty cold with both on. We also expected to be loud due to having the city view but we got use to it. But otherwise we couldn’t hear anything from above or below our rooms, seems like the walls are well insulated. Airline misplaced our luggages for a few days so it was nice that the hotel already had shampoo, body wash, toothbrush/paste & combs. There are probably 15 steps to go up to get to the hotel but the security guard was so nice never let us carry our luggages, brought our luggages to our room. To get to our room there is an elevator available. There’s a 24/7 circle k, made it nice to grab stuff if needed. But there is a lot store/restaurants near by but (walking distance) it was also easy to catch a Grab driver also easy to load and unload. All the staff are AMAZING, so sweet and helpful. Our flight was delayed overnight in S Korea, I messaged the hotel told them we are delayed by 14 hours, they said no problem. Checkin and out was super easy.

The hotel is definitely value for money. There is a K-mart just below the hotel and a stone away from several good eateries. The receptionists were super helpful! But we forgot to ask for names. Upon arrival, we were asking for food recommendations and she was so nice to write down more than 10 recommendations with addresses for us. At night, another receptionist was kind enough to help us booked massage and even reminded us to take care of our bags. Service like this made a significant difference to our hotel stays. The room size is good. Shower pressure was also comfortable. Will definitely return next time.

Nice view / convenience location and friendly staffs ”
When we fist came in , staffs welcomed us with clean towels and cold coffees. Just FYI, hotel here in VN check in time is at 2 , not 3 pm like In USA. Room has a simple decor but Clean and modern. The only minus point is the fridge isn’t cold that much to keep the drink cold as much as I want. If you take the stairs instead of using elevator, pleas careful with your steps because it is steep and not bright enough In general, I would say perfect location with only 8-10 mins to Bui Vien walking street. Many restaurants around here and a convenient store right next to the hotel. Staffs are nice , friendly and helpful. I hope you enjoy the stay here.

We stayed at this Hotel for a couple of nights and the staff was amazingly lovely... always looking after us and making sure we had a great time... the rooms and the hotel is clean and provide a bit more than the essentials (toothbrushes, comb, hair dryer, etc) we would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)...

Value for money”
The room is spacious and clean. Aircon is working properly and room has a mini ref. I like that there is a table for me to work and a space to eat and watch Netflix. The bathtub is a bit small and old but it does it purpose. Just need to increase the water pressure, all the others are good. Staff are also kind and will comeback if I will have a chance to visit HCM again. Thank you for accomodating me❣️😊❣️

Ive stayed with them before and it is quite nice :) The staff is very friendly and it is clean. However, keep in mind that depending on the room you get, you can either hear your neighbors or the Vietnamese family living in the building next to you. Some windows also don’t go to the outside but rather the staircase

Central location, nice modern and clean room!”
We stayed here for couple nights because of its central location in district 1. The room is well equipped, clean and it looks modern. Both the receptionist and the security guard were communicative and extremely helpful with motorbike parking and late check out procedure. I would stay here again when visiting Saigon next time

This hotel has the perfect location for any Saigon stay. It's close enough to walk to all the sites, and the restaurants nearby are fantastic. The room is wonderful and spacious, and the bathroom is very clean and complete. Just what we needed after a long day of exploring.

The rooms were clean and modern. We had a problem with our AC but the staff was there to fix te problem in a second. The location is in the center and has lots of food possibilities nearby.

Very peaceful, comfortable and quiet room”
I stayed for 2 nights in room 4C. It was so quiet and also I switched on relaxing music from the Youtube (internet tv). So comfortable. The receptionist, both day and night ones, they were so helpful and polite. So convenient too as there was 7/11 just next door. My only regret, I didn't tip the doorman. I was just in a hurry to go to the airport. I will definitely come back to this hotel. I hope he is still working at Chill Suites.

Super comfy bed & pillows plus excellent staffs”
We slept well with their beds and 4 pillows. They are just the right firmness. The room we had was quiet too. Very helpful staffs and always smiling. Special mention to the lady who with glasses who speaks Manadarin (helped us with our luggage). Great location, 5 mins to the walking street. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you all!

The hotel is clean, nice, and pretty much exactly as pictured. Cold water is available in the lobby. My room didn't have windows, but that was honestly fine because it stayed cool that way in the late Spring heat. The true star, though, is the security guard out front. He was always eager to help get the bike parked, and even noticed that my front tire was a bit flat and got it pumped up with air while I was away! He took a good hotel experience and made it truly memorable.

Best place to stay for shopping and food”
Close to a street of trendy clothing shops and tons of local food options! Not too far from the city centre too. Love the clean and stylish room and staff were so warm and welcoming. Water temperature for the shower could be improved but otherwise no complaints at all, highly recommended :)
