When I stayed at CHILLULU, I was greeted by the most warmhearted staff who went beyond their duties to ensure I had the most comfortable stay. The experience of staying at CHILLULU is really like nothing else. The model of a Cafe and Hostel in-one really works. It means you can take your coffee from the place you're staying at (how good is that!?). They even give you one free coffee for your stay! As good as the cafe and coffee is, the friendly, open and warmhearted staff is really the key to making your stay more than average. I'll always remember CHILLULU, the hostel/cafe and it's friendly staff, the good times and the new people I met. Thank you CHILLULU for the best Hostel experience I ever had!

Chinatown, Yokohama”
In the middle of Chinatown and maybe 3 blocks from the port of Yokohama! The 1st floor's a restaurant/coffee shop w/outdoor seating. Upstairs is the capsule style hostel and a little sitting room by the front window. Wifi can be spotty if the hostel is full so go downstairs and mingle. Strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Frig, microwave on the 2nd floor. The staff's super nice. Yuka was especially kind and friendly.

Location was quite near to Motomachi Chugakai Station. Just walk out from Exit 2 and the walking distance is shorter, takes within 5 mins to reach. Cafe staff are very very friendly and nice, good service. Hostel facilities and amenities provided are very clean and well-maintained. Coin Laundry and kitchen amenities also available. Everything is good, but the cons of this Hostel is that it's a mixed dormitory room so for some ladies, maybe might not feel comfortable due to insufficient privacy. Hostel room space is also very small and limited. Many of the guest staying there mostly are Japanese men and there were only a few ladies including me during my stay. Furthermore, the weirdest thing I found out was that I'm actually the youngest of the guest staying Thankfully it was only for 1 night. there. Many people who came were either housewives or working employees in their mid 30s-40s age. No youngsters I've seen at during my stay there ~

Among all the hostels ive been thus far, this is the most sociable one yet! Ive made new friends and shared so many stories! This hostel is smacked right in the middle of Chinatown, might be a little noisy for some people. Super convenient if you suddenly crave a snack. First floor is cafe, second floor is hostel. There is only a door opening to a flight of steps leading straight into the bunks, so might not offer the right amount of privacy, but in turn, we know almost everyone in the bunks. I go in alone and out with a friend. Would totally recommend this place to people to just loves to make new friends! Cheers!

The hostel is located in the Chinatown, good location. Towel is not provided, but they give a coupon for free drink in cafe upon check in, which is better service. The lounge is quite small, but you can have a drink and chat in the cafe. The kitchen has oven and microwave, but no hot water. A good sleep, maybe only me and another guest in the hostel. The neighborhood is not noisy, because shops closed. Overall, it's a good atmosphere to stay.

Location is good around 10 mins walk from JR. The coffee for welcome drink is awesome. Place is very clean , bed is good but a bit small and there is no towel. In the front, there is Chinese restaurant popular for porridges, you can see people line up in the morning which I recommend you to try.

Friendly staff, a little bit of a walk from the station, but is located right in Chinatown. Facilities were very clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

中華街ど真ん中のホステル！”
春節2023のカウントダウン参加のためにお世話になりました。 会場である横濱媽祖廟まで、徒歩30秒！ 室内は綺麗で、小さなリビングからは中華街の通りが一望できます！真向かいは有名な朝粥やさんで、混雑具合を確認してからお店に向かえます！（実際は朝八時過ぎから大行列でした。） スタッフの方は各国のホステル事情にお詳しそうで、日本におけるホステルのさらなる普及に意欲的な方なのではとお見受けいたしました。 男女混合ドミではありますが、領域は分けられており、枕元にはコンセント二つと照明がついています。共有スペースには各ゲスト用の鍵付ロッカー、洗面スペース×3、共有冷蔵庫、電子レンジ×2、シャワールーム×2、トイレ男女各1室、コイン洗濯機、コイン乾燥機…などが用意されてます。一番感動したのは、キッチンに割り箸やインスタントスープなどのほか、各種調味料がひとそろい用意されていたことですね！気が利いてます！！

スタッフは皆さん元気で明るく親切です。宿は中華街内にあり食事に困りません。駅もバス停も近く立地は最高です。観光客相手ではない地元の人に愛されるレストランを宿のオーナーに教えて頂き安くて美味しい中華料理を堪能しました。私（女）は男女共用ドミトリーに泊まるのは初めてでしたが男女共用といってもベッドは女性側、男性側と部屋の真ん中で（ドアはありませんが）分かれていましたし、シャワーもトイレも室内もとても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。１階はオシャレなカフェになっていて宿泊するとコーヒー１杯無料で頂けます。香り高く味深くラテとっても美味しかったです！
