Great location. Walk to shops and cafes. Great view of hora!! Can be at a beautiful beach in 10 minutes either going north or south! Would definitely stay again. Good job to Chandri.

It is the nicest hotel in Chois. Located on the water but in a less busy area. The hotel staff are very professional and accommodated all of my requests. I particularly appreciated the cleaning lady on the 4th floor. She is a professional.

Great location Great place But the breakfast buffet is all process food, Very bad, no fresh jus, no fresh yogurt, bad coffee, nothing fresh, for Greece is very surprising, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me, I travel 6 Island this time, Had a masing brakfast This buffet breakfast is the worst You better go in the port for 6 Euros you get a great breakfast

Frontdesk was generous and upgraded us to a seaview room to which we were very grateful. However, the room's AC was not working and the room was uncomfortably warm. When we asked about it, the receptionist said just to make sure the glass door was closed and give it 15 min. It never worked. At check out she informed us that during winter, they don't provide AC. That would have been helpful to know. Due to traffic noise, opening the glass door during the night was not an option for us. Other than that, everything else was good and would return again. Thank you.

The taped water is not drinkable. Due covid measures , the in room refrigerator is empty and thee 0,5l bottle of water from the main refrigerator of the hotel cost 1,5 euros. All the hotels with 5star categories, usually have 2 bottles for free in the room, but here nothing. This is something that the management of the hotel must consider.

The location is great. We stayed on the 4th floor. A little bit noisy from upstairs. But it is a clean hotel and the room is very clean. If you want to stay in the center then you can pick this hotel.

Not all sea view rooms have a clear view of sea. Loud music at function by the pool until early hours of morning. Staff unfriendly . Breakfast good choice

The location for being on the port was good it is at the end of the port so you will do some walking. Next to hotel is an arcade/ bowling alley/ youth hang out until 3 am and loud. They asked me to change room cause they were going to do maintenance on the room and gave me a smaller room with issues with the door . Never cleaned our sheets for the week there. No wash clothes , even when we got there the sheets weren’t really clean . For a four star horse ll was really diss appointed . It served our needs so from that point it was good. The breakfast buffet was horrible the eggs everyday burnt breakfast was horrible

Υπέροχα κεντρικό με ωραία θέα ακόμα και από τα πλευρικά δωμάτια, που μείναμε εμείς. Ωραία πρωινό με επιλογές, πισίνα, ευγενικό προσωπικό και πολύ καλό στρώμα- ο καλύτερος ύπνος που είχαμε στις 11 μέρες που περάσαμε στην Χίο-Μικρό αλλά λειτουργικό και καθαρό μπάνιο. Πολύ καλό WIFI και ικανοποιητιά κανάλια! 'Ανετο και καθαρό μπαλκόνι. Πολύ κοντά από το αεροδρόμιο, κόστος με ταξί 9 ευρώ - Το μόνο θέμα που είχαμε ήταν ο θόρυβος από τον διάδρομο από άλλους πελάτες και από τις συννενοήσεις του προσωπικού της καθαριότητας. Μείον ένα αστεράκι στην καθαριότητα για την καθαριότητα του στρώματος. Καλό είναι πριν τοποθετήσουν τα καθαρά σεντόνια να ρίχνουν μια ματιά για τρίχες πάνω στο στρώμα.
