Perfect little business hotel”
This is the best cheap business hotel the family has stayed in in Japan. The big innovation isthe bunk bed family room with a little bunk bed suspended above a generous nearly queen size bed. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are helpful. My only little gripe is that the WiFi seems a bit slow. But it's still usable if you're not a photographer trying to send a bunch of photos to your client.

Only for one night but we had a pleasant stay in a clean cozy room, public cafeteria was also clean and neat, staffs were kind too. It's a fifteen minutes train ride from Chiba station, but it's in quiet residential area and we liked it too.

Great. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean but doesn't have shower cap in the toilet. Located near to JR Hamano Station, just 5 mins walk. The hotel provide free usage of microwave and place for us to have our dinner that bought from convenient store. And they provide free hot/cold green tea.

location is good short 10min walk from Hamano train station. If you, it is very convenient as there is ample parking space. Small town but the streets are nicely structured. The rooms are relatively small but design of layout compensate for it. the staff is very friendly and helpful. Although we did not take the breakfast package, they still allow us to dine in the dining area from the food we purchased from the 7-Eleven store.

Ok stay, bed not good”
I booked based on reviews of the bed. My non-smoking room had a large bed, but it was just two smaller beds pushed together. So, there was a bump in the middle of the bed and I had to sleep on one narrow side. The bed was super-hard! The room itself was fine, and the bathroom had some character, with a nice burgundy colour rather than the sterile white I see at most budget hotels. The room had good temperature control so it was comfortable in that sense. The hotel has wifi, but it kept cutting in and out. However, it was decent when sitting at the desk. I didn't stay for the breakfast, but there was a continental style offered. The check out was simple; just put my room key in a box and away we went.

Not Recommendable”
In our case, it is not recommendable as it is far from central Tokyo. You have to travel more than an hour to get reach into the hotel. On our first day, there was a delayed from the arrival of the train. It was delayed for almost an hour and this place is not advisable to the traveller who have an appointment in Tokyo central as the last trip on the train going to this hotel is 8:27 p.m.
