Exceptional”
This was our second time at this hotel. We choose it again because of the great value for our family. Hotel staff were welcoming. Biggest plus was that it was within a 20 minute drive of all of the activities we had planned (Fruit park, science museum, fruit farms, and restaurants) My only complaint is that the toilet was leaking and left a urine smell in the bathroom.

Good average hotel”
Rooms are large And clean, there's a bunk bed that goes over the bed which is great Can serve as a shelf to keep stuff. The bed is SUPER hard so we used and extra blanket to soften it. Room was bright and well ventilated. They have items you can rent or borrow when your in the hotel. There is a donki right outside and a few places that have food open all night. The only downfall is it's only accessible by car so you'll need a taxi to Reach there, but I think that goes to say for the entire prefecture of Yamanashi

i think its good for any travellers.the location is good.best of it is the low price itself.even a family with younger children will be comfortable to sleep with their bunk type of room.nearby is a yakiniku restaurant and some other that you can go and hang.

Nice Hotel with adequate breakfast”
It's a nice location on the way to Mount Fuji, but you will need a car. Room has one double bed and one bunk bed above the double bed. Perfect for small family with one children.

I honesty of staff charging another 1800yen for breakfast .”
I was charged additional 1800yen for not producing breakfast tickets. The staff just couldn't check up system that our booking had breakfast provided. Staff totally cannot understand English.

The coin laundry works seamlessly, WIFI is stable and the speed is great. The bathroom is reasonably big, and the bath tub is a standard sized one. It's also conveniently located next to Lawson, a supermarket and a few restaurant. And it has a large parking lot!
