Clean, comfy and cheap”

We had to stay here during the rugby World Cup as could get anywhere closer to Oita stadium (over an hour away!). Whilst the location is fairly industrial it is within 10 mins walk of a pretty good outlet centre (bit like Bicester village in the UK). The hotel is next to quite a big road but was actually one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Good soundproofing. Clientele were all shoppers I’d say. Rooms we had were triples so had a double bed with a single bunk bed above. Spacious enough. Beds very firm but we all slept very well, apart from a few squeaks when child in bunk bed turned over. Bathrooms clean and pretty good. Didn’t have breakfast there but walked 5 mins to the excellent Klee Batt bakery along the road (be prepared to queue!). Staff at hotel didn’t have any English but communicated well with sign language and translate apps! Would definitely stay there again if we needed to be in the area.

Perfect location for any road trip around Kyushu”

We travelled between Beppu and Nagasaki, and here in Tosu was a perfect location to stay a night. Two minutes away from the premium outlets is great. Price was amazing. Wonderful for families like us travelling with young kids. Free parking and easy access is a bonus

Tiny room, free parking, good location”

Typical Japanese hotel room, very small, but adequate. The bathtub/shower and toilet room were good with hot water available, WiFi functioned in the room well, and staff was helpful. There was an ice machine next to vending machines in the lobby. Rooms were relatively quiet, at least those facing away from the main road. Parking was free. 9/10, would stay again.

Very clean, It's perfect for the last night, after a one week Kyushu island tour by car when you want to give back your rented car and catch your flight the next morning in Fukuoka. (Close to expressway, 40 mn drive to Fukuoka airport)
