Surprisingly good”

Wasnt expecting much, as this was just a quick resting place before we went on our next stop. The place was nice, staff was welcoming , and we enjoyed the food from their restaurant. It even had a pool, which is a plus since we were travelling with a kid. The room had a bit of air conditioning issue, but it was not a big deal. It was roomy enough for our group. Restroom is basic, but for the price, this was a surprisingly nice stay. Thumbs up

Give the housekeeping guy a bonus”

For the price of 1500/night with 6pax, it’s decent. Just need some training with their receptionist on our first day as I asked for extra beddings(willing to pay) but was told that they don’t have any available and said that I still need to pay the extra person. I was fine with that until the housekeeping, I believe his name was Roque passed our room and we asked about it. He was very helpful and gave us the extra bed we needed. Roque has been very attentive with our requests as well as the security guards and the receptionist on our 2nd night. Kudos to them!

Best Price but Not Satisfied”

This is an honest review, based on my experience staying at OYO 258 Chito's Hotel. I hope this will help them improve Rm2. I booked the room and for other requests I ask for early check-in since I left my place at 2am to catch an early trip of Roro. When I arrived, at first the guard was asleep, and there's no one at the front desk so I decided to go out and eat breakfast. When I returned, the receptionist is there, showed them my booking but was told that early check-in costs P100/hr. That was around past 8am, so I said I will just wait at the lobby until check-in. Eventually, after less than an hour they allowed me to check-in. The room is okay, spacious and a quiet AC. The window is facing the garden, which makes it more relaxing. The bed is big, however though that's quite far from what I saw when I booked here in Agoda. Anyway, all I need that morning is a good sleep. When I hit the bed, there seems a strong smell on the pillow as well as on the blanket, but since I was tired and sleepy, I fell asleep. Usually, after check-in I always check the bathroom. When I got up to pee and brush my teeth, I was surprised to see sa faucet that looks like never been cleaned for a loooong time. So I decided to used my drinking water instead for safety. The was leaking, so I used the small trash him to catch the leaking water. The shower is also the same never been cleaned as well as the handle to turn the water on, and funny because the water like every 3 minutes goes off, back again and off again until I finished.
