Cheff was friendly and tried to make every meal individual and interesting.

No Wi-fi (this was one of the reasons we booked this accommodation, they specified wifi in all locations). No hair dryer (according to the site this was available). We booked two one bedroom chalets, on arrival they wanted to give us one one bedroom chalet. Transfer from airport very expensive (most of the other lodges include this for free).

The rooms was clean and comfartable

Steve was the perfect host, friendly, helpful and with a personal touch. Chef Soso made the best food we've had all journey. Keep up the good work! Steve also booked every activity and drove us to the locations.

Fairly easy to locate off the main road. The meals in the bar area are outstanding. Very quiet and peaceful. The owner is very pleasant and works hard to make sure your stay is good. He made us feel very welcome.

The bathroom shelf sticks over the basin so it is hard to use.

We did not like how the staff communicated with us. Inhospitable and we did not feel welcomed at all. WiFi is inexistent and it was a problem for us because for paying we had to an online transfer to one account but could not. They offered no solution. Simply stated we cannot leave without paying,I.e. they would not let us leave There is no option to have food when you arrive in the afternoon. You can get food only at certain times for a high price.

We loved our chalet and the cleanliness of it. The owner, Steve, went out of his way to organise our excursions. The food was delicious - the Chef Soso exceeded our expectations daily. The staff were warm and friendly in every thing they did.

Internet was slow - but not life changing.

Large rooms, comfortable beds and very attentive staff and owner. The meal at the small restaurant was excellent but not a wide choice.

Long way from the Kasane airport.

Local Business with local staff. Lovely African style rooms and spotlessly clean. Good breakfast in the open air bar area.

location 20 km from where Bookings .com indicated it should be and not in a vacation location.

The staff is very very friendly. They all go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It feels like you are home away from home.

They need to improve their internet service and also get a mobile swiping machine.

Whirlpool und Bademantel nicht vorhanden, ebenso fehlende Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, Wifi erst am 2.Abend verfügbar, Parkplatz als solcher nicht vorhanden, sondern lediglich ein Abstellplatz auf dem Hof. Die Lodge liegt in einer trostlosen Einöde, mindestens 20 Km von Kasane entfernt. Schmutzberge hinter der Bar und Fliegen im Kühlschrank, der nur tagsüber eingeschaltet wurde, dadurch gab es keine ausreichend gekühlten Getränke, sondern warmes Bier und Wasser. Abendessen war als solches nicht zu bezeichnen, sondern es gab lediglich vom Angestellten mit freiem Oberkörper in der Küche warm gemachte Speisen, geholt aus einem anderen Restaurant, die er auf einem Teller angerichtet hat , inklusive Salat, anschließend ein kleines Dessert, das war es und man hatte satt zu sein, schlicht eine Zumutung und das zu einem stattlichen Preis von umgerechnet über 20 € pro Person pro Abend.
