The staff was very friendly and welcoming, she help us with everything we need. The room was excellent, warm, and comfortable. And the dog was very adorable. Next time we were in SAPA we must choose this hotel again.

Breakfast is great but will be better if coffee or tea is included. The location is not far from central Sapa but the way back is steep hill with some traffic cars feel unsafe, especially with stroller.

A lovely homestay that is set a little away from the very centre of Sapa, so was nice and quiet at night; Sapa on a weekend was insanely busier than we expected, so this was a welcome point. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the entire place felt very homely with their dogs wandering around the main hall. The room was comfortable and clean, if not a little modest. We didn't really get the weather to make any use of the balcony. Breakfast in the morning was also good.

The location is a bit of a walk up a fairly steep hill from the centre of Sapa, so I would just bear this in mind if you aren't up for a bit of a walk!

The staff were wonderful. They greeted us nicely, accommodated our request for a 4am checkout, and even invited us to their mid Autumn party. The room is also nice for the price and very charming. It is located close to Sapa square, but far enough so it is not right in the madness. Aside from one important issue, our stay was great.

While we were there, although there was a big emphasis on "no smoking" in the premises, we kept noticing a strong smell of smoke, and felt very disturbed by it. It wasn't until our final night that we realized that they are doing some type of indoor charcoal grilling of some lemons without any type of chimney above it. Smoke was filling the whole home but they didn't seem disturbed by it. I'm sure this is an innocent mistake, but we were very concerned about getting carbon monoxide poisoning, or ingesting cancerous compounds. Despite the wonderful staff, this issue alone is enough to make us not stay here again. By the time we considered complaining, they had stopped and headed to sleep already, and we decided to just let it be. We hope the staff will stop this practice and install carbon monoxide alarms throughout the property. We also were excited by prior reviews mentioning that there is a vegan restaurant onsite, but were disappointed to learn upon arriving that there is no such vegan restaurant. It is a normal restaurant. Our fault for not researching more thoroughly. For vegans, we recommend checking out Thong Dong Vegan Restaurant nearby.

The location 10 min from center (as the city is very loud), the atmosphere very peaceful, the bed was super comfortable, water fountain to hydrate ourself as it is too hot, the help of the hotel owner to book our bus tickets, the AC :-)

Loved the ambience of the entire place - not just our room. Very tastefully decorated with lots of natural lighting. Heated bed pad kept us warm and toasty throughout the night. Room was spacious and breakfast was thick toast with eggs - right up my alley. Our host Mi was very cute, friendly and helpful. She also has great taste in music! We enjoyed the place so much that we spent some time hanging out around the accommodation, playing with the dogs, and reading by the windows on the second floor.

Breakfast ham was a little sour - not sure if it had gone bad or if it’s just meant to taste that way. Would be great if coffee was included in breakfast (they serve coffee but it needs to be bought at a low fee)

Everything here is really peaceful and lovely. We arrived in Sapa at 4:00 AM - it was raining and the temperature was very cold. Fortunately, the Maison was very enthusiastic to welcome us with warm tea and a fireplace. Maison gives us a really close feeling - it's really like being in our own home. Another memorable experience we had at Maison was enjoying a homemade BBQ, preparing together, eating and chatting together, even making some new friends. It was very overjoyed

We enjoyed the friendship and warmness, feeling like staying home with friends. It is open air style, the manager and staffs are very friendly, supportive and helpful. My kid really enjoyed playing with the 2 dogs. The deco is vintage, nice and warm. It really worth the price. I used to search for famous and rather big hotel for my destinations, but I really appreciate my choice this time: a small villa but peaceful, clean enough, comfort enough (not feeling luxury but warmly welcomed). Aircon and beds have heat options which is really good during winter.

Hot water system may need to enhance to make sure guests have enough hot water for bathing (the temperature was below 10 degree C when I came, I guess it may require more time than usual)

Really peaceful and quiet place , clean , cozy . Rooms are spacious and comfy , nice outdoor area with a beautiful garden and swings .and the service is more than great. They also serve food , had breakfast and lunch that were really flavorful and clean there .Really highly recommend it and will definitely visit again , they have two adorable dogs too

The view from my window, the peacefulness, the kind and thoughtful staff. The place is beautifully decorated. You can just chill out here all day.

Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Indoor activities are limited in the city of Sapa.

Lovely property in a quiet area of Sapa, staff are caring and friendly, room decór is lovely, breakfast is nice. Thanks for the warm cinnamon drinks. We had a great stay!

The room was a little cold, even with the AC on (heat). Heat lamp in the bathroom was a big plus.
