The hotel is clean but the toilet in our room was smelling like a sewer. Breakfast was ok. Staff are friendly. But having a gym on top of our room where the noise of people working out was a bummer. It really was not worth it!

What you see in the pictures is what you get. The room is large enough. We use the room for work purposes and i must say the Wifi is okay to support our work requirements. The place is very organized. My only comment is we asked for housekeeping 3 times within the day and they said YES, but no one is coming to make up the room. And the refills of coffee and tissue was requested twice and was given to us around 8pm already. But overall the room is okay for travellers like us who needs a place for work and rest.

We stayed just for a night, and it was worth the value we paid for. It's easy to find, with free parking, and away from the crowd of the San Juan beach resorts. The staff has been respectful and patiently answered our queries.

If you don't want to fall behind on your fitness training while on vacation this place is the tops. Good gym equipment and multiple classes for fitness specialties. Really clean and the staff is welcoming, thoughtful and kind.
