Close to airport, clean fresh rooms”
We booked last minute, great price, close to airport (although taxi didn't want to take us on such a shirt trip so organise with hotel first), staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely, spacious and clean, breakfast included was not buffet but menu made to order and was still very nice. Late checkout not a problem. Rooftop pool was great to kill time before late flight home. Quite a few nice restaurants close by walking distance. Would recommend if wanting a hotel close to airport.

Exceptional”
The room is decent. Probably, there's a need to remedy the flow of the bath draining point as it seems liked it's choked. Internet access is superb. The room is well-cleaned each day.

Super Friendly Manager”
4/5 star amenities but think is becos of Covid and low tourist traffic, things look a bit dusty but its ok. Room is very clean though. 10 stars to the manager Ho Minh Tri! Super friendly and made us feel so at home and welcomed. Ciai Saigon Hotel, dont ever let this staff go.. You are one lucky hotel to have Ho Minh Tri. Cheers!

Great airport stopover”
Hi, for a stopover it was great.... the only problem I had was a lack of hot water.... it was barely warm, but for me not a problem.... everything else is a huge plus. Breakfast fantastic, staff, room, cleanliness all Aplus.... just be careful catching a taxi from the front of the hotel.... I got slightly ripped off, and this was from a taxi that the security person ushered me into.... again no big deal....

Close to airport, convenient ”
We stayed 1 night (family room) when we arrived, transfering to another city the next morning. Convenient, very close to airport. And stayed again the night we fly out of VN. The rooms in the main hotel is very nice, the room across from the hotel is nice too, but the family room did not have a standing shower (has soaking tub), made it harder to get a quick shower & sleep before leaving again. I would stay here again, but will request for room in the main hotel building.

Excellent”
We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions as it was close to the airport in a pleasant street and neighbourhood. The front desk staff was excellent. They helped with getting good taxi service; wake-up calls, and anything else we needed. The restaurant offered really good breakfast buffet as well as good menu selection for other meals. The staff in the restaurant were also great.

Bedsheets n pillow case changed?”
Hotel near airport. Breakfast forgettable. Pillow case hv unwashed smell of scalp oil thats been equally unwashed, no shampoo smell. Tv link to cable tv box with no instruction how to turn off the tv hence left on whole nite affecting sleep

The hotel is very run down. The spa was closed. Breakfast was not buffet style. You can order Phō and coffee. Sorry to say, I will never come back to this hotel again!

Bad stay”
In general the hotel clean. But the breakfast there is the worst we had ever encounter abd we travel a lot, specially in Vietnam. You can choose only beef noodle soup or chicken noodle soup. They gave us tiny bowls even though we saw locals got big bowls. Nothing to get for kids. Only those 2 option, and even in the tiny bowl they gave us only 2 pieces of tiny beef. It's really wss a shame, had to get breakfast outside. The service there is just not nice. Same guy gave the breakfast and do the reception. Defiantly less than all 3 stars hotels we visited.

i am disappointed. The toilet is located in a shower tub (without the shower). The door opening way is silly so you push the door inside and it bumps onto the toillet, so i had small space to go into the toillet place and then needed to close the door to access the toilet. no light switches near the bed. I needed to go to the entrance door to turn off and on the lights no lamp near the band no plug near the bed and near the desk area the tap of the bath tub was leaking. i was on the 2nd floor right on the road side thus it was noisy with the traffic breakfast was ok i will not stay there another time. there is much better in ho chi minh for same value.

Best part of stay was leaving”
Dirty, not as advertised, no restaurant, no spa, no shuttle, bathroom flooded as shower doesn't drain, faucet handle fell off while adjusting, water kettle didn't work, coffee cups were dirty, staff are not welcoming to guests upon arrival, bathroom facilities at pool were deplorable, however the bed was comfortable and shower water was hot.

room for improvement .... staff not service reminded. we unfortunately got a room on the ground floor, with a guard sitting in the street with his radio at max vol. when we were going to sleep and early in the morning. bird shit all over the building, poor cleaning and bad smell in the room. will never come here again.
