                Great location right on the street where all the bars are On this trip only one elevator was working the other one was having a service was not a good idea to close the second elevator specially when there is a virus going around

                Good for a night or two”

                I always use Citadel Inn Makati when i visit Philippines. I use it for overnight between the flights, it have good location, short time to/from airport and the cost for a room is reasonable. Of cause it is not a 5 star hotel and it is not a hotel you spend a week at.

                Hotel is old but still in good shape for the age. People working there where great and always polite..The room price was fair and location excellant. They do need to upgrade the bed mattress in room 700.

                Our stay was good. We arrived earlier than our expected aarival. We waited for 3 hrs at the lobby until 2pm for check in. I would suggest that there should be considerations for early check in. No extra fee to be collected and Also for the wi-fi, it should be free. But still we enjoyed our stay because the location is really convinient. Thank you!

                👍 Near food establishments 👍 Near public transpo 👍 Great view of Makati 👍 Heater is available and good flow of water 👍 TV is available 👎 Near clubs which we don't recommend if you're like us who prefer peace when going out in the middle of the night 👎 Bedsheet, pillow cases and towels look unclean and overused. Please consider buying a new one. 👎 The place needs to be renovated. It looks creepy because of the old structure of the unit 👎 Bathroom needs to also have a light in the shower not just in the toilet

                Place is very near to all, however they dont have any internet / wifi theres a charge for it. Building is quite old and doesnt have parking but the place is perfect for hanging out.

                Staff and location all good ! Downside: wifi only for extra charge (250 pesos/day) guest room look old, cheap bed with thin 4 inch mattress , old grey looking bed sheets, pillows and towels. Small cockroaches in bathroom.

                The hotel is old and needs renovation. The staff are polite and helpful. Location has easy accessibility from the airport and to the rest of the city. Hotel room was quite dirty and had a stuffy smell. Not recommended for those who cannot compromise on quality. Recommended for those who are on a budget and don’t care much about the quality
