It's my 4th time to visit in Philippines 🇵🇭 💖 now.. I choose to stayed in this hotel for 3days when i get here in Philippines.. but now i extended for 6 more days 😀 Because i really like the condition of this hotel room clean, fresh nice window view clean street out side, nice workers here all of them 🥰🥰🥰 and if u just walk out for 2 or 5 min, they got everything around like big mall, market, restaurants, 24hrs store. . . Cant get mo better ♡ nice hotel with nice price either Next time when i go back here in ph will stay here again❤ I like to say thank you for people who make me all comfortable and satisfaction who work at bay city cafe name JOY, AMBER,LABYLOU<I'm not sure if i spelled it right🙄> And also kuya roman?romic? *not sure the name* At the driving gate . A great stop after intercontinental flight ”
After 11 flight hours in an economy class seat our stay at citadines Manila Bay was next level pleasant. Very attentive and polite staff. The breakfast was heaven, the gym legendary and the is good for what it must be, a refreshing in a hot metropolitan area. The location is very ideal as it is 20 minutes from the airport by car, Mall of Asia Manila with all its stores and restaurants are in walking distance. And supermarket, 7-11, coffeeshop, mc Donalds, KFC are just around the corner. Huge plus to the staff, Rad and others for taking hospitality to a high level. Room, 1 bedrm premier deluxe is big and modern. We could do our small washes with the new Samsung washing machine and it was all very clean. Big plus to the room cleaning team. Good job! Def. Coming back

Stayed for my mandatory 10 day quarantine. I usually have low expectations whenever I book a hotel. More often than not, the pictures on the website does not match reality. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped in the room. I instantly felt right at home. The room is very modern and has a traveler in mind when they designed the room. I love the details like the convenient placement and ample number of electrical plugs. It doesn't matter where you decide to hang out in the room, there's a plug close by. The plug type is also universal - it doesn't matter what part of the world you came from, your plug will fit, no adapter needed! My room came with a full size refrigerator and full size kitchen.. I didn't cook during my stay but the kitchen has everything you need from pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, electric water pot, and a coffee maker. There's also a front load washing machine / dryer combo under the kitchen counter to keep my clothes freshly washed during my stay. Due to the pandemic, contact with the staff is very minimal. Nevertheless, help is readily available should you need it. I've stayed in plenty of so called "5 star" hotels as a frequent traveler. Most of them cost twice as much and fall short of expectations. I can honestly say that Citadines truly deserve my 5 star recommendation. I am definitely checking back in next time I come back.

Superbly Awesome Stay”
Booking thru Agoda has been very easy and convenient for us... The Citadines Bay City Hotel simply made our 1st time stay Superbly Awesome one. Ms Clarish at the front desk warmly and happily welcomed us by swiftly facilitated our check in. It was barely less than 7 mins and we were ready to head to our room. Mr Rich, Ms Ariann and Mr Rad were always making sure that we indeed enjoyed our stay. They often asked us how we're doing. Is there any thing that we want and stuffs like that. Mr Art of Housekeeping at the 10th floor was really awesome. He was more than willing and happy to assist and respond to our requests. The restaurant staff were so warm in welcoming us for our breakfast. The front guards were so courteous and ready to assist with our taxi requests... We are so happy and satisfied with our stay and we congratulate the management for really giving their staff excellent trainings and to the whole staff for performing very well. My parents loved Citadines so much. Probably in the top 3 in their best stays in Manila. Impressed with the room, pool, staff and cleanliness of the place. Shoutout to the super accommodating staff. Just a comment on the selection on the breakfast, soup station was great, as well as the breads but dishes that go with rice may need some work. Doesnt need to be fancy, like tapa or tocino or any filipino type would be great. Nonetheless we had so much fun and love it. Will be recommending it and coming back! Just an additional suggestion to make it more attractive to foreign travelers probably a free shuttle to MOA or Asean City Casino and LRT station would be great :)

Great Stay and Great Staff”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel with my sister and her husband last February 2020. The hotel's location is great being adjacent to the WMall and just walking distance to the Mall of Asia. For the price we paid the room is spacious with comfortable beds and the included breakfast buffet was delicious. The Bay City Cafe staff was very attentive and there to make sure you're happy with your breakfast. Thank you Cerrina, Kaye, Yoj, Marie, Lara, and Jory for always making sure our coffee cups were full, you were also making sure we were enjoying our meals but most of all having your beautiful smiles at every interaction made us all feel welcome and at home.

Warm welcoming friendly hotel! ”
Hotel was great! It has a nice location and convinient to supermarkets or fastfood, just beside the hotel there is WMall. Upon checking in, the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our sleep was extremely comfortable! Breakfast was also great. They have quality foods even though there are few choices. One of their staffs invited my child to attend Halloween Trick or Treat Event, and it was amazing. My son loves it very much! All the staffs were helpful. Even the guards are alert, also the Golden Retriever at the lobby area for their security purposes was so cute and friendly as well. Will come back for sure!!!

Great room and location ”
We loved the room as its complete with amenities and kitchen equipments especially if you are spending your last days near airport, its perfect. You can shop at waltermart for food items including frozen goods and store them in their big fridge. If you are a family with young children/infants, Mercury drugstore is downstairs to buy milk, diaper or medicines. Selection of Restaurants nearby. People are welcoming and hospitable especially Mariel at reception. The security staffs at basement are helpful always offering assistance. Breakfast is acceptable and people are nice. Except on our 2nd day, room was not cleaned even though we put on the make up room sign. So there was no refill of water and toiletries. But other than that, everything was great. Will be staying again

Its our first after a long while to go on a staycation and Citadines Manila Bay sure made it a lovely experience. 1. Check in was hassle free and check out was by far the fastest I have experienced. 2. The room where we stayed was really clean and comfy. 3. I particularly liked the booking process for the use of their pool to avoid crowding. 4. The shower area and surroundings at the pool area are all clean. 5. The room service staff are all very friendly and they really assisted you even when not asked. 6. Very professional and yet warm personality of the check-in staff. Good location, ample parking and not so crowded newly built hotel. I wouldn't be surprised if we're booking it again soon.

I love that it has a good couch, where I can sit comfortably while working on my laptop. It has a working table with a good lamp if you want to study. I also love their Argan toiletries! Staff were accommodating. Breakfast buffet was average. Its location is very accessible to walmart mall (with grocery, food court, coffeebean, snr, fastfood, watsons, etc) and scape building (where Anytime fitness is located). If you want to go to a bigger mall, MOA is near. It has fast wifi access, clean carpeted floor, sparkling clean CR. I will definitely go back.

4-star Hotel near MOA”
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and since my husband is working from hotel, we have limited time to go out to have our meals. We tried their restaurant and it was really great in terms of taste, serving, and price. The chef approached us and gave us complimentary soup while we are waiting for our meals. The room is great as well in terms of size and cleanliness. Gym and pool are also very good. Staff are courteous and helpful. Overall, our experience is 5 out of 5.

Best hotel during pandemic”
I had a really pleasant stay! 5star for this hotel. Unexpectedly, they upgraded me to a suite for free of charge! Considering travelling during this pandemic, this is by far the best hotel i have stayed. Hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and complete with kitchen utensils. Also there is free drinking water. Room was spacious. The staff are very courteous and very helpful. And the security for this hotel a big plus in terms of safety. Overall, best hotel. Would definetely come back.

All staff were professional and very courteous. From the security guard, reception, housekeeping up to the restaurant staff were very helpful and polite at all times. I commend Ms. Yna for her outstanding service. Hotel is safe ans also near SM MOA and just beside a mall. Rooms were neat and tidy. Some noise can be heard from the hallway but still tolerable. AC was not that cold even if it is set to the lowest temperature, I recommend to check the unit regularly. Electrical outlets were fitted with 3-way sockets, a must for travelers, ofws and foreigners. Toilet with bidet installed. All hotels should basically have this in all of their rooms. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely book again and will recommend to my friends and relatives.

Great location, right next to a mall and walking distance from the Mall of Asia complex. Facilities were clean and new, room was comfortable and bright, breakfast buffet was simple yet delicious (if you have special food request, simply ask the very accommodating staff), all staff were friendly, smiling, helpful and courteous; each floor had a guard so very safe. Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again!

A hotel where customer service reigns supreme”
This is my second stay at this hotel. The last time I visited, I was only here for maybe 9 hours because of my early flight back home. But upon arrival, the receptionist who was checking me in noticed my flight times and asked me if I wanted a box breakfast to take with me for the early flight. At that moment I knew when I came back to Manila, i would stay here again. And goodness, I am so glad I did. The staff here really looks after you and will anticipate what you might want or need. I am a single wheelchair traveler and they always make sure I have exactly what I need. So, management if you read this....thank you so much for helping me.

Everything is neat, complete and organized. Staff are very professional, accommodating and courteous. Beds are extremely comfortable and I want to have the same bed for my home.
