Highly recommended.! I myself really don't expect anything "perfect" when making reservation in any hotel in such parademic period. But staying at Citadines made my stay comfortable though. I was assigned a room in 12th floor ( 1205) with my friend, with the nice view of whole city in the eyes. The cleanliness was perfect. The Front Desk team was all friendly, and helpful especially the Front Desk Manager (Ms. Kathy), she always checked us had everything we neededed with her dedicated care. Ashley Trung (Mr.)

I am staying here for business trip, nice room condition, but if you statying at road side, higher floor -seems like more noisy from the road. I really wanted to have a room with the bathtub (premire room studio type), but I got upgraded room without bathtub, You should bring your own fabric softner if you want to laundry your clothes.

The hotel is nice and uses eco-friendly materials. The room is spacious and has a big drinking water jar for free. However, the tivi does not work well, the hair dryer is too small to really dry any hair. Also, staff needs to inform guests about all the benefits they can have, for example, free parking tickets. I did not know about this until the guy at the parking lot told me.
