30th Anniversary ”
Was looking to book a hotel room for a short London break to celebrate our 30th anniversary, usually go with Premier Inn but when searching the Citadines come up and was close to where we wanted to be and looked great. Hotel was amazing staff were so helpful and room was welcoming and clean. Facilities were good, great atmosphere and again very welcoming. The hotel even gave us a bottle of wine and box of chocolates to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be staying again so glad I didn't stay with the norm.

Brilliant hotel”
We stayed at this hotel to go and watch Harry Potter and the cursed child, absolutely brilliant location, easy to get to and from the theatre, we walked and only took about 10 mins, Room was clean, brilliant size for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 15, loved the face we had a little kitchen and the sofa beds were so comfy as well, will definitely come back here when we come back to London, staff were really friendly, we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it did look nice, Bathroom was a nice size

Location is very strategic with the tube station just opposite and lots of Asian eateries nearby. Waitrose is directly opposite as well. Staff are friendly and the room is clean and adequate sized as well. Unlimited coffee in the hotel lobby and lounge area is a definite plus. Recommended

I had my concern to live in a hotel during the pademic, but the experience of staying in Citadines Holborn is actually surprised me. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and the facilities in the lobby as well as in the room give you a chance to have a simple meal and coffee every day. The location is great, walk 10 mins you can get to Piccadilly circus, convert garden, Tottenham court road. Recommended.

Great location just 3 min walk from tube, , rooms were large and it was great to have small kitchen. Would highly recommend the apartments and wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

It was perfect for my husband’s 40th. We had our 3 month old with us and the kitchenette was great for feeds. The staff were very kind and always smiling. Unlimited coffee at the lobby was really good. Location was perfect, everything was walking distance. Highly recommended!

I choosen this hotel as there is direct train from Heathrow airport to Holborn station and 2 mins walk to the hotel. Very convenient to all the London main tourist attractions within 10-15mins by train. Just the price could be better. 1 night about RM1250 for the most basic room type. By the way Room with kitchen is great

a nice spot for a reasonable cost. the email communication was lacking (ordered a bed for my child and got no response till i got to the hotel). hope they communication gets better. otherwise - nice place !

Good central base location for the places that we were exploring. Many restaurants, eateries, takeouts & supermarkets around the area. Room was spacious. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the service at reception which was curt, not very proactive & unfriendly when we tried to request for early check in.

the hotel is situated in the centre of london and very close to Holborn train station. It is very convenient and super easy to get to Heathrow airport. So highly recommended! We stayed overall of 10 days and satisfied as we can prepare our own meals throughout the stay.
