                  Good location, nice dining, all staffs are very kind. Only one not satisfied is, my room had no windows so couldn't see outside. The room is randomly chosen by checkin machine, so I could't claim about it.

                  Convenient location which is right next to the subway. Check in self help an make sure your credit card is working. Although service staff is helpful but you might have to figure things out yourself sometimes.

                  We chose this hotel for the location and it did not disappoint! Right next to the tower of London and the tube which made it incredibly easy to get around. The room was really small but we were only there to sleep so it was no worries at all. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean and new. We loved the tablet features where we could control the lights and everything with it. Self check in which was so incredibly easy! Great hotel

                  So many problems with my room and stay”

                  Door key didnt work had to visit front desk 4 time to get it checked and everytime was assisted by new person and all they did is reset the key though i advise them it wont work. Probably Internal staffs are not communicating eachother, or not being recorded of guests problems. The room has so many issues - The shower drain was out wasnt installed in Phone line was disconnected and i wasnt able to call the staff via room phone They advise theyvs high tech ipad to connect to my tv and adjust light , this thing was never connected. Ive paid for tower view room and due to all these problems they move me to lower floor from 5th to 2nd floor and the room was right infront of the traffic. The traffic noise was heavy so had trouble sleeping

                  Booked a tower view room and wasn't disappointed. Very large and comfortable King bed, shower was a good size. Very nice minimalist room, which included simple but practical things like UK, EU & CDN outlets. Staff was good throughout the building from check in to the bar. Worth the price for one or two nights.

                  Location of hotel was perfect, right on top of Tower Hill station. The Tower Bridge was also only a short walk away. This is my always go to hotel when I am back in London.
