Great place to stay”

Very convenient for us even though we did not meet the host personally but left a great option for us to get into the property with no hassle. They have let us use the kitchen utensils for the home cooked food we like to eat as well

personally i think the clean over all was fine and the atmosphere of the apartment.
in spite of that the clean was good, i think that i wasn’t satisfactory, due to incorrect information of accommodation description provided on the conformation email. In addition, the duvet was filthy, and the apartment didn't have service, unhappy with the service and wouldn't replay or recommend the place.

All we got was HOT water when we showered almost burned ourselves. Toilet plumbing was very slow. Very hard to get the keys. Didn't have enough bathroom tissue and soap.

We enjoyed our week in India St, the flat was very comfortable and peaceful, yet close to everything.”

It's in a great location on a quiet street, very central and handy for getting around Edinburgh. The flat itself is spacious and exceptionally sunny for a basement flat. The little back courtyard garden made for a lovely view from the bedroom.
Nothing major, but small details were missing, like a bedside cabinet on one side of the bed, only a very small coffee table in the living room, and we could have done with more cushion on the sofa to be comfortable.

Good location, cute little flat, very spacious and nice kitchen. Appreciated the smart TVs in each room. Easy to get a hold of a customer service agent through phone or bookings.com messaging.
Pull out couch was disgusting. Crumbs, food, dirt all over it once you took the cushions off to make the bed. The pull out coach was so uncomfortable had to sleep backwards because if I didn’t my head would be at an incline below my feet. Comforter given for the pull out couch had a huge stain on it. So gross! Finally only 4 pillows given for 4 people staying in the house. We were told to to use the pillows from the queen bed for the couch bed, and they were razor thin. Extra pillows would have been appreciated and when I called customer service they said nothing could be done. It’s just disappointing the lack of care and attention to cleanliness and comfort for the most important part of the house, the beds!

Overall beautiful flat and we had a great stay!
The garden area with seating was very cute and a selling point for us, but needed a little tlc for sure, especially the garden tiles. Also, the cupboard handle in the bedroom was very wobbly, just needs a little tightened as it's falling off. Upon departure, we took the bin bag out but could not find an actual bin to dispose of it outside? Also the pin code for the keys we've been given was wrong so we kinda stood there trying to get in for 15 mins before we decided to call and see if it's the pin that's wrong and not us doing something wrong.

Appalling unresponsive, greedy hosts”

Nothing.
Everything. In the midst of the Corona issue the hosts wer completely UNRESPONSIVE. No reply to my many emails, just kepy sending me junk. Didn't even have to clean the apartment before or after and no services (heating light gas etc) yet they have kept every penny of my booking. Please remember this when the crisis is over. Its these firms that deserve to go to the wall.
