Good value for money in a good location”
One thing to be weary about is that you might be offered a different accommodation close by from the one you have booked but to insist for the same one in the listing if you prefer not to change. The accommodation was really big and necessary amenities were provided. The dishwasher wasn’t working and only one out of four of the hobs in the gas stove was working. But no big deal for us. The location is right by Camden Town Station, very convenient with plenty of supermarkets close by. Also about a 5-10mins stroll to Camden Market. The bedrooms are located towards the back of the apartment so noise level when you sleep is very minimal. Communication with the property owner was easy. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Simple”
I would only recommend this place to families with older children, and are travel savvy and easy going. Place is small if there is more than 6 people (including children). The toilet is EXTREMELY tight! :) but clean. It is difficult to 'walk the distance' from getting the key to the apartment and to pay an additional 40 pounds for the key to be delivered is atrocious. NOT recommended if you had young children and older people with you and arriving in the dark and not being able to read maps well. BUT having said that the location is near enough to the Camden station -- and in this area there is sufficient food and stores to buy your groceries to cook breakfast comfortably in the apartment, as well as preparing sandwiches and etc to plan for the trip out for the day. The area is also easily accessible by bus to major areas like Tralfalgar square as well as the train to King's Cross and etc.

I asked reception about the room that has to be same as the pictures I've seen it from online. but it wasn't. None of room match to the website’s pictures.(on the website, it looks posh) None of information before check-in (Stayed apartment address) From Agoda web site map location pointed as circle, this apartment wasn't included in there. If you are stayed as maximum No of people, more than 2 nights, you won’t have a extra towels. Washing machines without laundry liquid.Amenities as a body soap only(No Shampoo) If you are traveling with suits cases, It’s horrible. Dust on floor when I arrived on first day Cigaret inside the building (I don’t know why but it was happened everyday!!) When I use the key to lock the door and reopen it, takes me to enter the room for 15mins!! So I decided to not to use them. For the travellers, it's not easy to contact to the management office and claim those things during stayed. Price was so expensive and I hardly want to get my money back...

Not as expected”
The place was small and the bathroom was tiny! Was told it was a short walking distance to the apartment from office (where you collect the keys) but if you're with children and luggages, that 15min 'short' walking distance can become an hour. The second bathroom was in one bedroom and it was just a shower in the corner of the tiny bedroom. Towels were also too small! Good thing is bus stops are near and Sainsbury is on the way back to the apartment from tube or underground.

Loud Noise @ 6AM -7.30AM”
Far from Camden town, We have to sort the way ourselves with heavy luggage, morning heard a lot of sound from house on top since ours is below, toilet so small and cant even hang our clothing while bathing cos is under the staircase . morning noise ( Walking, Knocking Sound) will wake u up around 6-7.30am .. too loud . will not stay again.

We had an awesome moments in London. We love this place. Near tube station. Saintsbury also nearby. 3 min walking diatance. The apartment’s kitchen is very complete. You feel like cooking at home. Sure we will stay here again when we come back to London

Unpleasant and Dirty Flat”
We stayed at 57A Rochester St for 4 nights for 6 people. the conditions of the Flat is terrible. Nothing look near the picture. Lighting and exhausted fan was not working. Mould on the wall and floor, 2 out of the 6 chair are broken. Floorboard is in poor conditions and sharp, easy to injury the bare foot. Upstairs Flat is noisy. This flat is not kids friend with safety hazard. I am NOT recommend this Flat to anyone with young children. Also, the maintenance guy did not obtain my consent prior to get in.

1. The actual location mentioned in agoda actually is their office and key collecting place. Like my booking the actual apartment is 0.6 miles away from the office towards Rochester Road. 2. The apartment is clean and occupied with all basic things you need. But the rooms and toilet are very small. No lift, please mind there are stairs to climb 🤣. 3. It was a good stay overall.

Absolutely an online scam and false advertising ”
Do not choose this apartment if you don't want your trip to be unpleasant. The photos you see online are definitely not the apartment rented to you. My family and I booked a 3 bedroom apartment here from 23-12-2022 to 29-12-2022, we ended up waiting on the street until 11pm to find another apartment, I never experienced that the company did this. The reason is, we arrived at 11 am on the 23rd of December, we checked in at the luggage storage place, because we couldn’t get the key until 3:00 noon, so we put down our luggage and go out for a stroll. We went back to their office around 6:00pm to pick up the keys. We are happy to go back to their office to get the keys, that’s when I thought it was weird at the time, the address they gave us online is not the same address as it is now, we need to walk for 15 minutes to get there, the apartment was: 57 C Rochester Road. When we got to the door of the apartment, the worst nightmare has officially started. I opened the door and walked up the two-story staircase. The stairs are narrow and dirty. As soon as the door was opened, a stench came. It smelled like cigarette butts, but I booked a non-smoking room, and then went in to see what was going on. It was just like subdivided flats in Hong Kong. There are six doors and three rooms. The toilet was filthy and the kitchen was dirty and run down. I really can't take it, there was a mix of dining room and living room at about 50 feet, it's even more smelly, cigarette butts everywhere, I don't want to tell you how bad it is, no hot water and heating. We will call them immediately, and they said they would call for repairs tomorrow. We went directly to their office and told him all the problems. The attitude of the staff is worse than mine, and there words are not responsible. They just want me to complain them and it not helping to solve the issue. In the end, I could only contact Agoda customer service, but the problem was still not resolved. This is totally an intern

Honest Review”
Staff are very attentive to your needs (thumbs up!). The apartment is clean although a little bit dusty. 10 mins walk from Camden Town Station and a fewer minutes to Camden Road Overground (wouldn’t recommend to visitors with prams because you will be walking 15 mins with it). They only provided the soap and that is okay considering the price for a london apartment. Would love to go back here for my next London visit.

If you are looking for a place to put your head and have a shower, it might be not a bad choice for you. The location in Camden was great, relatively quiet on Rochester. Close enough to the underground, bus, Caffee and more. Beyond that, this is not an holiday apartment. Its maintenance and cleanness and very low. Kitchen is untidy with greasy touch, toilets floor and accessories... TV is there but no signal, Sofa is not clean. The cost is relatively low. But with a little attention of the managers\owners it can be a great place. Please take these into your consideration.

The apartment was 15 minutes away from the check-in place!”
I was shocked to know that the apartment is quite far away from the check-in office. Travelling with an 8-month-old baby and an 8-year-old child can be challenging especially with a lot of heavy luggage. Thankfully we are allowed to keep our luggage in their office. In our case, our apartment is next to "Kent Cafe" in Camden. I was asked to provide credit card details when checking in, which I guess is fine, I wish I had known about it sooner. Apartment cleanliness is ok with a bit of dust. A tablet or two for the dishwasher would be nice. TV is not the best (minor crack) and had to sign in to use it. Overall, I think it is decent for the price.

Great Location & size but has issues. ”
Pros: We liked the neighborhood and spaciousness of the 3 bedroom. We were 20 minute walk/tube/bus to the center of London. Grocery stores and cafes close by. There were also good amenities in the apartment like washer, clothes dryer rack, dishwasher, iron & ironing board. The beds and the showers were also fine. Cons: Very simply decorated & a bit rough around the edges. Garden needed tending to.. One of the rooms appeared to have some maintenance issues. Thin walls to upstairs neighbors who were very noisy one evening. All in all we had a good stay and loved the spaciousness but it is not pristine as the compiled photos suggest.

Weeks stay for NYE celebrations and tourist attractions ”
We loved the apartment, felt at home there. The facilities were of good quality. Couch comfy. Modern kitchen. Beds not the comfiest but clean and not awful. Bathroom spacious but could do with an update however it served our needs. We took a few extra towels. The washing y came in very handy. Location great. Not too hectic , we got Ubers or cabs into the canter 20 mins drive away. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Wpyld recommend. The price was reasonable for what you got… the 3rd floor meant we got a bit fitter walking up them so much ha ha Thanks for a good stay !

La ubicación, sin duda, excelente y muy cercana a las paradas de autobuses y metro Canden Town. El apartamento se describe con cocina pero no hay fuego para cocinar: solo un microondas, una tostadora y un hervidor de agua. No hay cambio de toallas ni reposición de papel higiénico durante tu estancia.
