Christmas staycation 2022”
We haf a wonderful stay with my family and my kids at this hotel. It was a memorable experience as we had our first christmas with my family at a hotel. The room was very clean. Hot water was working perfectly. The room was large enough for a family. AC was also perfect. I just wished there was a Netflix for those who wanted to have a movie marathon inside the room, but it wasn't a deal breaker after all. There are so many restaurants of different cuisines nearby to choose from, so eating out was never a problem. All the staff from the security up to the housekeeping personnel were friendly and were always polite whatever service we needed. The receptionists made it easy to check in and out from the hotel The breakfast was amazing and there are lots of food to choose from and also a dedicated barista to provide all your coffee needs. We'll definitely be coming back to this hotel soon. I highly recommend this hotel to those undecided families looking for a quick hotel staycation in Makati.

Five star hotel with half the price”
We loved our 3 nights stay here in this 5 * hotel in the heart of Makati. This place is just a walking distance from everything we needed.. All of the staffs were extremely friendly and courteous. We like to single out The following staffs: Danny at the pool (especially for preventing us from loosing money that flew out of the wallet at the pool due to extreme windy conditions), Dave at the Breakfast Buffet for being very attentive to our needs, and Chef Carlo for cooking/making eggs & Ramen noodles. Only issue we had was the checkout process due to having an obnoxious & rude customer ahead of us arguing with one of the front desk clerks, which left with only one other clerk to help with the checkout. The checkout process took almost 30 minutes. We really loved the breakfast buffet and the rooftop pool so much that we are already thinking about staying at this hotel in the very near future. Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay a very memorable one (minus the checkout process).

Perfect for a staycation”
I booked this for a staycation and was so pleased over how clean the room was. Their rooftop restaurant closes at 2am so late dinner or drinks overlooking the city is a great treat, even when alone. My only hangup which isn’t really the hotel’s fault was a group of noisy guests across my room that kept on until 3-4am. This was promptly handled after I reported it to the passing staff.

City Garden GRAND Hotel... Perfect in every aspect... All staff are well trained and extremely polite... They go out of their way to help their guests needs... Security guards, porters, pool attendants, breakfast / restaurant staff all exceptional. Credit to the manager. The room was perfectly cleaned by the maids and the furniture inside the room was actually better than the photos displayed on their website... View from the Roof top bar / pool is amazing, especially at night when you can see the city view of the skyline Quality of the food severed was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Buffet Breakfast had a vast selection of options, fresh fruits, salad, cakes etc.. Send my best wishes to your staff

Very clean, very spacious, classy, excellent room amenities. Good hotel facilities. Though I wish the gym AC was working better. The food needs some improvement and they need to get an electric toaster. Excellent staff, friendly, very helpful. Very respectful. I would stay here again

My fiancé and our children have a enjoyable and relaxing time there. The kids like pool, near by malls, and eating out, and the parks. I can relax and my fiancé can have girls night out. The staff seems to go out of their way to make things easier. When in Makati this is where we stay. Staff, cleanness, and location.

Our family loved this place and we have returned several times as their staff, modern amenities, and nice big rooms are top-notch. Their reputation is well-deserved and this is now our go-to place whenever we are in Manila. Lastly, I would like to give a special thanks to Danny the pool attendant who was fantastic with our little one, Rampsey the very helpful porter, plus Thirdy, Rex, and Dianne up at the front desk, and not to forget all the guys stationed outside at the front of the hotel that was so welcoming and helpful. Didn’t expect much but actually had an amazing stay. The staff were so accommodating and made sure to give us a great room with a great view. The roofdeck was a beautiful spot to have dinner & drinks and was so picturesque! The room was spacious and clean. Overall 10/10

The best customer service we have experienced in the Philippines and the best value for money. Modern, luxurious and clean rooms. It is possible to order drinks while swimming in the rooftop pool and enjoying the view of the city. What more could you ask for? It is my favourite hotel in Manila and I highly recommend it to everyone else.

Clean, Great food choices, excellent quarantine stay”
We came to spend 3 months in the Philippines and we stayed in City Garden Grand Hotel for quarantine purposes. We arranged for van pick up through the hotel and the driver was there waiting for us at NAIA. Very smooth process. My husband has celiac disease and we requested for gluten free food. Such request was accommodated. and we are very grateful for this service. We survived the quarantine with no issues due to the excellent service by the staff. Room is clean; hotel is clean, Food delivered to room had different variety each day and all were delicious. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Highly recommended hotel.

We really wanted to try the firefly roofdeck so we decided to stay a night. Staffs are amazing! They'll gladly assist you with everything you need. We were assisted by Trix during our meal in roofdeck and the experience was superb! They prioritize hotel guests in the roofdeck, which is great. Had left over food in the morning and they've given us microwave to reheat them. They have brochure in the room to give you an idea what to do and where to go if you feel undecided. Overall, super satisfied with our stay. Booked again this December together with my family. ❤️

my only issue is the room where we stayed at 23 floor get's so noisy at night as we could hear the live band playing from a different building. perhaps the management should consider putting a double glazed window to keep it noise-free. It was almost a perfect stay but I did not have a good sleep during our stay.

The rooms were cleaned to a high standard, the doorman are extremely efficient and the roof top staff also. Special mention to Lester for his great effort up in the roof top restaurant. We had a perfect experience with my girlfriend being a first timer here in City Garden Grand Hotel. Our Deluxe King room was very clean, spacious, complete with all the needed utilities we need. Staff were approachable, guards are very polite, and the place was sanitized. We'll be back here of course! That view on Roofdeck was refreshing, not to mention the view of sunset and sunrise from our room. Perfect! Keep it up you guys.

Great choice to start and finish your trip to the Philippines! Spacious and well kept rooms, very comfy beds, brightly lit bathroom, great pool and rooftop restaurant. Check-in was smooth and the staff very friendly and helpful - thanks, Joshua! Two key cards are always appreciated! If there was something at all to mention on the negative side then maybe the waiting time for the elevator which can, at times, be a bit annoying. But that's really a very, very minor complaint!
