Christmas Day”
It was a pleasant stay overall. I was expecting chaotic lines with long waiting time because of what the holiday season brings but Nobu proved otherwise. Check-in was a breeze! Arvie of Front Office was professional, prompt and efficient. I got my room in just a few minutes. The Deluxe room was spacious with complete amenities for two. The lighting was ambient at night, made us fall asleep earlier than usual. Breakfast buffet was held in Hyatt Cafe. It offered complete breakfast spread. I liked it that it wasn't overwhelming. I just needed my traditional local breakfast, nothing else. Their shuttle service was efficient too. It brought me and my elderly mom from Nobu to Hyatt to attend the breakfast buffet on time. We loved the casino too because we are really casino regulars. They have express check out which makes one's life easier. Thank you Nobu for the stress-free experience! We will come back again.

My new favorite hotel”
This hotel is amazing and I would absolutely recommend it to any traveling to Manila. The hotel is attached to a Casino so keep that in mind. I’m not a gambler so I can’t give much perspective on what games are offered. I spent my time enjoying the beautiful view from my room of the court yard. (Sunset and Sunrise) to be clear I could not exactly see the sunset on the horizon however the reflection of the sun off the gold buildings is amazing. Complimentary drinks, snacks and coffee in the room is a very nice touch. The gym is also super clean and smells fresh with just enough equipment to give a decent workout while away my normal facilities. When traveling to the Philippines I normally try a few hotels in order to explore new walkable areas. Nobu is a new favorite and for sure is my new anchor hotel.

We had the fastest and most hassle free check in and check out among all the hotels we stayed at. The staff was very courteous and accommodating! The main highlight of our stay was the sunday brunch, everything was divine! We also had an in-room dining the next day and of course it was also chef's kiss! Great birthday memory for my dad”
This was our first stay in Nobu and I am impressed! We decided to celebrate my dad’s bday with an overnight stay last July 17. The staff was nice and accommodating, they also surprised us with a room upgrade (and cake!) when they heard that we were celebrating his bday. Rooms were very tidy and spacious. Good number of towels and amenities. The comp mini bar was a God send when we got hungry in the middle of the night. The breakfast we had at the Hyatt cafe was good as well. Hope when we stay next time, the pool will already be available (currently under construction). Overall a wonderful stay. Staff are very helpful from the shuttle services team to the the front desk and even housekeeping. Kudos to the team! Looking forward to my next stay. :)

Great Service, Dark Rooms”
The service is impeccable and the staff is very courteous. Many restaurants to choose from near the casino. Rooms are very clean and roving personnel ensure that elevators are not overcrowded (to ensure physical distancing). However, rooms can be very dark; although it is cozy, it would be good to have at least an option for better lighting. When valet is not available, parking is a bit of a walk away and can be a hassle if you are carrying bags, BUT we found out (only upon checkout) that there is a shuttle service between the parking and hotel lobby.

We are frequently doing random hotel staycations for the past years and it’s the first time we checked in after more than a year due to the lockdown. Nobu Hotel did not fail our expectations that the hotel, rooms and facilities were very clean and you feel safe that they have upheld high standards in sanitation. The bed was comfortable, we binge watched Netflix through their TV set, the mini bar can be consumed for free, and we had a nice in-room breakfast which is part of the room package. And the staff we encountered were very courteous and helpful.🥰 I wish we had more time to stay at Nobu but we have to get back to our busy schedules. Staff are very friendly and accommodating - we would like to commend Randy (bell hop), Troy, Martin and a lady receptionist (Nobu Restaurant) for their eagerness to help and please us during our stay. Nobu restaurant even surprised me with a cute and delicious birthday pudding! We love our room (Nobu Suite) and the location (first floor near the resto and pool). We were surprise to find out how big it was and complete with all the things you need for your stay. The free wifi has a very strong signal! We will definitely comeback.

My family stayed at Nobu during the weekend. Was worth all the penny seeing my little one enjoyed everything from the room with all the free snack and drinks to the heated pool in Nuwa. The breakfast buffet at Hyatt was also great! And there are lots of restaurants in the place so you more choices. No need to go to the nearby malls. Truly giving you value for your money.

We had apprehensions in staying since we are not into Casino gaming but was only looking to relax. It turned out, however, to be the best staycation of our lives. Front Desk Kat was so helpful and friendly , guaranteeing that we will appreciate the Nobu Suite room. What was remarkable that she even remembered our names upon checkout. We highly appreciate the assistance considering that I am working for an international hotel chain and has encountered many escalation calls from guests regarding FO staff as rude or what not. She made us feel like VIPs. The Suite room was so immensely beautiful and how we wish to have stayed longer. Surely if finances and time permits, we will be back to try the floating cabanas and taste the mouth watering cuisines. We love Nobu Hotel.

I have been to different 5 star hotels here in metro manila but Nobu hotel stands out! neat and clean rooms and facilities Staffs were so kind and not intimidating, they are approachable too. facilities are superb! i love the pool area and the garden. Rooms are so spacious, They have free snacks at their mini bar which made me feel so happy. Amenities are complete. Overall it was a nice stay with Nobu. I will probably go back
