First and foremost, we got lucky because our deluxe room was upgraded to a suite one. As expected, the room is exquisite and phenomenal. It was clean, organized and pleasing to look at. During our stay the staffs accommodated us well and they handled our inquiries with knowledge. Staff were very polite and welcoming. After a miscommunication, they upgraded our room as an apology. We could always request for shuttle transfer to explore other restaurants and visit Dreamplay. The Nuwa Spa should be a must visit!

We had the best staycation ever! Staff are nice and very accomodating. The pools are also great and there's one heated pool that we enjoyed so much. The only thing that we did not like that much is the breakfast. It would be a perfect stay if they offer buffet breakfast instead of a plated one.

They exceeded my expectations! We had a really great experience staying! BIG kudos to the reception team who were all smiles, always initiating conversations and does not forget to ask what we need! They went above and beyond in accomodating us! The food and room is great could not ask for more! The only thing a bit unplesant maybe was our expeirience at Breezes when we had our breakfast. Not a lot of customers that time but they seem to be very busy, too busy to even notice that new guests have arrived, they did apologize to us only after finding out that we were guest staying in the hotel. But anything other than that was great, fun and impressive! I'll definitely come back and will recommend to my friends and family.

The room we stayed was superb. They gave us an extra bed for my girls free of charged. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Each floor has security officer and the breakfast was delish, you can tell that it was prepared by a chef. Continue your great service.

This year, we end our New Year's Eve at City of Dreams NUWA, is the best for me. Upon check-in, Ms Yali, told me that she would like to upgrade our booking to Suite Room, and I asked her how much is the additional charge, and she answered "NONE". Wow, I was so happy upon seeing our suite room. It's perfect 10. I've been of City of Dreams Hyatt, and Nobu, but NUWA is the BEST!

I'm very often to give a feedback to the hotel. This is my second time I've booked at "City of Dream". The first one was at "Hyatt City of Dream' I was kinda disappointed of their service. I booked 2 rooms and we are not satisfied no complementary offer at all and the rate was too high for what I paid. Not like at Crown they had fruits compliments and aside from that our room was overlooking at the pool. And also the staff was very kind specially the one was did a body massages she was very friendly and so nice. I am looking right now in Crown if I can book again a room for my coming vacation but it seems that all rooms are already fully booked .

I just got back home from my stay at Crown Towers. I enjoyed everything about the hotel except for one thing; it is a real hassle to get to the casino or the shops, restaurants at City of Dreams. Crown Towers has a Signature Club gaming room ,exclusive to VIP players, which connects very easily to the 1st floor of the casino. However, if you are not a VIP player, you have to take a golf cart aaround the conplex to access the casino or shops. The management should change the policy to allow guests staying at the hotel to at least pass through the Signature Club to get to the main casino. Also, the 2nd floor was blocked off during my stay which made the doubly annoying. Aside from this, I really enjoyed my stay
