Kid Friendly Onsen Hotel”
Stayed here for 7 nights and we loved it! We came to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays on this trip, the hotel staff surprised us with balloons in the room, very nice gesture, my kid (2 years 11 months) loved it! The hot spring is safe for kids also and my child enjoyed it, her first experience. The location is slightly out of the way but we managed very well even with a stroller going up and down the subway, use elevator no.5 it’s easier, the Sakaisuji-Hommachi subway station. 8 mins walk on foot with stroller. There is Coin laundromat 5 mins walk away from the hotel, convenient and powerful washing machines. Osaka castle is about 20mins walk by foot with our stroller but it was a nice and easy walk. There is a good soba noodle shop about 10 mins walk away. It’s 10 mins by taxi to OCAT where we took the airport limousine bus to kansai airport, there are buses every hour so no need to book tickets in advance, just go there and buy. (Advice from the staff who were very friendly and helpful, Anita, sajeena and Hiroko, I hope I got their names right) highly recommended hotel away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a great stay at City Plaza Osaka for our wedding anniversary celebration. The service and room arrangements was exceptional and very good. We were very glad to experience the hotel services and would be back again.

Great hotel with good facilities and highly recommend. The only issue is they charge you 2700 Yen to use the gym even as a member which seems unfair

Amazing hotel with amazing onsen”
The location is a bit far from train station, but it was right in the middle of downtown, so taxi is very easy to get. The best thing about this hotel is the onsen. It's my first time going to onsen, and it feels very relaxing. Definitely unforgetable experience.

Hot spring baths on the top floor were excellent, they have different types. There's also a foot bath located right outside the hotel. Breakfast is a mix of western and Japanese-style, and you get a magnificent view if they seat you by the large windows. Despite their limited English, staff was more than helpful; I lost a bag on the Thunderbird Express on my way to Osaka and they helped me by calling the station and reporting my lost item in Japanese for me. Next morning, they called me down and told me that my bag had been found and told me where to go to retrieve it! I don't know if the previous guest(s) that stayed before my family was a smoker but despite the fact that I booked a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke when we first entered the room.

spacious room with great facilities and huge onsen spa for releasing tensions after days worth of travelling. Will definitely come back if we visit Osaka in the future . I marked location 4 star as location is not as central, felt most when travelling with luggages.

Spacious twin bedroom with good spa experience”
The layout of the twin bedroom is spacious with a comfortable living area. Though short of time, we just caught the schedule of walking in to the spa at 8:30 am and we could stay until 9 am. The surrounding areas do offer choices of supermarket, pharmacy, cafe and restaurants. The hotel is quite strict to customers. For example, the spa time schedule and the also the check-out time until 11 am only. If you ask for an extra hour, you will need to pay.

The hot spring facility is very good. The room is spacious. There is coffee shop and family mart at ground floor. The hotel parking is also good and fair price. However, the toilet in the room has little bit bad smell. Anyway, it is good to stay.

Pool and fitness facility is extra fee”
Very modern hotel with clean interior and exterior. Free hot spring bath on 14th floor is spacious, rooms are good. Biggest disappointment was that the fitness facility and pool required a 2700 JPY fee, per use. This was ridiculous considering the above average price payed for the hotel. The subway station that leads you to Shin-Osaka station is about a 1km walk.
