        Wifi becomes expired within hours as a separate username and password has to be obtained from reception after every few hours. And each provided username is only valid for a single device, either phone or laptop. It is suggested that wifi facility be made open to all guests for all times, for all devices, without any capping on time or single username or password, to be reobtained from reception after every few hours.

        i live the place because its accesible to all you needs.. like mall grocery school taxi bus and all. and the staff is really nice.. i booked a hotel in marjan island in rak but no one pick our things and help us to bring it in our room but here in city plaza? i never ask them but they have initiative . ❤️❤️❤️

        First time visited this hotel, easy to locate and is in heart of the city. Inside looked gloomy but the rooms were very well made and lighted up having Mini bar also. The best was the front office staff as certain times we have issues there but it was quickly solved by one of the front office guys. Thus coz of this i would give you a 4 star rating no doubt. One more thing instead of the Mini bar if you put kettle you would be getting more customers and easily compete with other hoes who are having 4 star Hotel

        horrible experience ”

        rooms were old and furniture was uncomfortable. every night they had a band playing from 9 pm unril 4 am. sound was heard throughout the hotel. people wandering they the halls all night yelling. management didn't do a thing about it. could not wait to check out unfortunately they required full payment at booking and was non refundable. now I know why!!! never stay there!!!

        Very bad hotel Fulled with cockroaches dead and alive everywhere. Bad staff and bad services. The cheapest hotel but its not worth it to stay in it

        Nightclub not a hotel”

        Outdated and not very clean! We were advised that there would be music playing but it wouldn't be loud. I heard every note until 4 am when everyone left laughing! Sadly we got no sleep. When we got to our room I had to ask for the room to be hoovered. The staff were very helpful and apologised for the noise as they always receive complaints but nothing could be done about it as they were obviously not the owners. We checked out after the first night and asked for a refund for our second night but because the payment had already been made they could not give it to us. We then had to pay for another hotel!
