Friendly hospitable staff”
The staff were friendly and hosptitable. The facilities were good, but could do with some maintenance, e.g. soap holders not repaired, shower drain not working properly. The greatest disappointment was arriving there in the evening and being told that our online booking was done late and that therefore guests who had booked directly with City Stay had been taken in. This despite the fact that our booking had been confirmed online and an email had been sent advising that our rooms were ready and they were waiting to welcome us . We were then taken to a sister accommodation in some not so good location in town. We insisted that we wanted to go to City Stay the following day and they obliged. Our gripe was that Agoda (online booking agent) had said our booking could not be amended or cancelled and that if we did not arrive it would be taken as a 'no show' only to find this situation?

The place was well. just i exchange my luxurious room to a small room to be closed to the children but i am still paying the same price. what i don't understand
