Very good location. Just 10 minutes walk to Sept 3 park, Bui Vien backpackers area, the underground Asiana eateries, Ben Thanhmarket, the Co-op supermarket on Cong Quynh. The hotel is on Bui thi Xuan street which is wide, quiet and cleaner than other parts of the city. Right on corner of De-Tham and Pham Ngu Lao, across from Highland coffee is a money exchange window at good rates. Spacious rooms with pleasing floor plans, huge bathtubs and strong hot water. The staff are gracious, attentive, always greeted us with wide smiles. Thank you.

Staying here for 5 nights and let me break down all my point of view. Receptionist Staff = All of them not really friendly and doesn't know how to greet Guests. They seem so busy playing their phone and they don't really smile maybe their culture.. i have no idea!! Cafe Staff - The same...no greetings at all and i don't see them smile too. Again maybe their culture. Jokey staff - I kinda like them all. They always smile and try their best to make people comfortable. They should be the Receptionist. Hotel- From cleanness to facilities Overal good and value for money Cafe - Not many choices. Same Egg fried rice every day...overall just ok. Lift- Lil bit old but still in a good condition Air Conditioning - Good WiFi - Good I here not to blame but just to share my experience here. And to the Owner of this hotel appreciate if you could train your staff on how to be a good Hotel Staff especially on How to greet and always smile. Thank you 🙏

Not much variation to breakfast choices, but they were OK for a two or three day stay. Sometimes the smell of smoke from other rooms filtered into ours. The strong point was its location which made it possible to walk to many of the main sites.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Front desk lady can speak Mandarin fluently. Nice breakfast but repeated menu everyday. Washroom is a little bit small and the lighting is dim.

The room does not look like 100% in the pics, as it does not have any window. However, it is quite clean and located in a nice place. I feel it a bit overprice, but still worth to try for a short stay. The staff is not so friendly, and there is no water in the room provided.

The night male staff on duty must wear face mask as it is still covid19 in Vietnam. On March 8, power blackout from 1.30-2.30pm. Towels had stains even after staff wash.

Some points to Improve”
On my final day, I checkout morning about 7am and the night duty male staff stopped me from boarding taxi as he asked me if I paid my booking. I showed him my paid status in Agoda app and he asked for my phone number. He didn’t believe I already paid for my stay by credit card. Also this staff never smiles to guests. Room: There are mosquitoes and room is not cleaned daily. Rooms are not soundproof and can hear neighbors slamming doors everyday. WiFi is weak on 6th floor. Housekeeping staff talk loudly when clean neighboring rooms, disturbing sleep. Lift: cigarette smell Reception: many mosquitoes I also see sexy dressed girls coming in and out of this hotel, not sure what purpose though.
