"The hotel was fantastic as the room (306) was very spacious but it lacked a chair. Had to use my laptop sitting on the bed. My room was on Bank St and Friday and Saturday night (24-25th Aug 2018) was very noisy. There were a lot of fights and people screaming. The Adelaide railway station and casino is only a 3 min walk. Rundle Mall is about 4-5. There are 2 tram stops you can use (Adelaide railway which is closer or Rundle Mall) I would defiantly stay here if the price was right."

The rooftop byo bar and entertaining area is a great way to have some romantic time. I can't recommend the Avani high enough and my no 1 choice on Adelaide "

"This is by far the best hotel in Adelaide CBD, nobody else has bathrooms like yours. Baths seem to be a dying item in rooms who's name dictates there should be one "Bathroom", please never get rid of yours. We have been staying here for years but have also tried most of the other hotels in the city, always come back to this one as our favourite. When bringing friends into town, we always stay here."
