"From the website the rooms looked bigger and with better facilities. The room was very small and it was difficult to move around. Good and central location in Almaty, you can walk around to some of the main sites, however for breakfast you have go to a nearby cafe' as the restaurant is under renovation (it has been since Dec 2016 so not sure when it will be finished) which they didn't disclose at the time of booking. And the breakfast menu was very limited so we changed venue even if we already paid for it. The staff was helpful."
