Loud there’s a club on the opposite site and music is every day. Slow WiFi

stay away from room facing road near reception. it's loud roof terrace bar is removed when I was there but still a nice space to enjoy the sunset. breakfast was decent by Peru standards. laundry was done in 24hrs

We stayed at the Marlon's House only one night but we were very happy with our room. We arrived on an early bus at 5:00 am and even though we could not check in to our room so early we were able to sleep for a few hours in their "waiting/lounge" area till our room was available. Staff could only speak a little English but he/she really try to help me for all the stuff at Arequipa. Great location and great value for the money. Will definitely choose here again for the next travel.

The hostel is in a great location. A 5 minute walk to plaza de armas and a two minute walk to the start of the free walking tour. Staff were very friendly and helped us with any issues we had. We also booked a tour to the colca canyon through them which I would recommend

We arrived before the check-in time and our host was kind enough to prepare our room while she had a baby to look after. The room was clean and comfortable, as were the common areas (bathroom, kitchen). Our host also helped us to find a tour to visit the Colca Canyon. An unbeatable value for money!

I arrived early morning, and leaved night time they arrowed me use room all time. it was so helpful. the room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. location is only three block to plaza.

Good choice for a budget traveler. Don't expect a fancy place, but better than other places we stayed in Peru.

I really like this place. The room was big and clean, decorated with some simple but nice furnitures that reminded me of an old spanish hostal. the bathroom was clean, hot water and hair dryer...super! the owner was super nice and helfull. the breackfast good!. highly recommended

Great we stay 2 nights in total. But I would say request a room at the back of the hotel as the front room are noisy as they look down on to the main walking street.

don't ask for an extra night directly pay at the hotel cause they charge you 50% more. our bad we'll never do it again

I arrived at 1:00 in the morning, my room was waiting for me and I was asleep by 1:15. My bus left at 8:00 I the evening and they arranged for me to keep the room for a nominal fee. The wifi was fast and strong.

Arrived at 5:30am after overnight bus ride. Large rooms with large bathroom and hot water. Location very good, staff excellent. Only small criticism which is no fault of the hotel whatsoever is the outside traffic noise is quite loud and goes late, Peruvians love their horns.

A delightful place to stay in Arequipa. Only a 10-15 min walk from the town but well worth the walk as the area is beatiful. The staff are superbs and helpful. Location is good, staffs were very friendly breakfast was really good with local products and fresh juices. Downside is the noise as some rooms can be on the street with quite a lot of traffic (for such a little street).
