I stayed here for two nights to do the dolphin watching tour in Bais. The hotel is clean and centrally located--across the street from the market, a block from the bus stop, and a short walk from the main plaza (where they show movies at night!) and the night market, which I enjoyed more than the one in Dumaguete.
For what you get and compared to bigger cities, it is very expensive and you don't get a lot for your money. This hotel desperately needs updating. I gave two star for facilities for air conditioner and safe parking. Both the mattresses were worn out completely and really hurt our backs.
