"The room was nicer & bigger than I imagined through the photos even though the price wasn't THAT expensive really. Location is decent as there's a few good restaurants in the back and a grocery store. It's very quiet in the day and at night. Like all of Brunei, it's VERY SAFE. Walk around at night with all your jewelry and cash hanging out and no one will harm you even unless you harm them of course. Badiah staff is very very helpful and will really try to help you out in whatever you need. You'll really have to avail of their rent-a-van services for a few hours though if you want to go around Bandar Seri Begawan, but it's totally worth it as the driver will really go to wherever you want within the city and waits for you patiently when done. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan. Not only was the room well-appointed and comfortable, but it was also ideally located for me to join the National Day Parade on the 23rd of February. The breakfast was delicious and I was really pleased to be given a late check-out without any hassles or having to pay more. I will definitely be back!"

"i arrived near midnight at the airport and there were no buses already but luckily the cab drivers know where this hotel is and kept telling me that it's great and it's new. Checkin was a breeze and the staff were friendly. i got confused at first about the king bed dorm. but apparently, it's a room with it's own private bathroom and there is a shared kitchen at the end of the hall where you can cook. the bed is big and comfy. they provide towels, toothbrush, and shower cap. there are shampoo/soap pumps in the shower but during my stay they were empty. i didn't bother because i used my own shampoo. wifi is strong and fast. there is a laundromat, convenience store, and cafe in the building. there are many restaurants nearby. there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. you can take bus#20 to the bus terminal for 1 brunei dollar. you can change your money for smaller bills at the hotel concierge. "This is the second time I have stayed at the Centrepoint hotel, and just as last time it did not disappoint in terms of the size of the room, the facilities and the price was also reasonable. However, the building is getting quite old now, so it's not in the best state when compared to other newer hotels in Bandar Seri Begawan. Breakfast was also a bit worse than last time (the nasi lemak has worsened sadly), but still offers a good selection and is included within the price."

"Had a good stay in Starlodge, the staff are very accomodating and helpful, especially Mr. Ahmad Za'im and Mr. Abdul Afiq. Both of them are very friendly and patiently answer me on all the query i asked. 5 star service for them. As for room, it is quite comfortable and spacious, had a 2 nights stay there I'd say its worth for every sens of money we paid. Distance wise it is quite far from Bandar Seri Begawan, however there are two way shuttle provided around 4 trip a day, approach the reception for more information, the receptionist are willing to help. Thank you starlodge for the great stay!"
