"It is definitely the best choice to stay in Batu Pahat. it is clean and tidy... of course for this price you cant expect to have other facility like pool and gym... Good location as it is by the main road and easy access to malls, or anywhere in town center. I have stayed Pinetree and Landmark before, Crystal Inn is way better in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The room service menu is tasty and reasonable price. Hotel receptionist is good and prepared Tax invoice as i requested earlier."

"my family and i (4 of us) were there on the cny eve for 1 night with 2 rooms - (superior). rooms are a bit small than others in kl or bangkok but definitely comparable to singapore and jb's budget hotels. pro: good budget room rate, close to the new town of batu pahat, good car park and most important clean. con: no window in the room. one of rooms we stayed was room no. 909, the air conditional fan unit was very noise. the bath room's wall and celling need to be re-touched up. stuff are friendly and check-in and check-out process were reasonable smooth but can be improved. if you do not need anything luxury or high end furnishing, then this is a good & clean hotel to stay in batu pahat."

"This is the budget hotel that could accommodate up to 7 people. The rooms are spacious. The room I stayed in looks kind of old,but everything is there- but it is worth its price. Very low price for a hotel in the heart of Batu Pahat town. The staff (a chinese man) was not very friendly. The morning staff was so much better (more amicable). "
