"We’re from Manila and tried to book this beach resort to celebrate our valentines day with my boyfriend. Here are my pros and cons: Pros 1. Food is really great and awesome presentation. 2. Pets friendly! Though pets are not allowed to this resort but you will see cats and dogs around the beach resort. 3. Staff are courteous. Cons 1. No complimentary slippers. No free toothbrush so you have to bring your own. 2. Our bedsheet wasn’t clean and has a lot of stains. 3. My boyfriend arranged a dinner date last Valentine’s eve. He was not assisted on where will we stay. No one assisted us. Good thing I found my name on the table that was reserved for us. I didn’t feel that it was a date ‘coz they have occupied all the sits in front and it looks very crowded! "

"I would have given this 5 star if the beach can easily be accessed. Too bad the beach is far from the main resort. walking is not an option due to the heat of the sun. No free service going to the beach. Food is okay, pool and slides need to be fixed, some parts are rusted, not good for the kids. Love that they have attentive lifeguards when my daughter had a small cut- first aid was applied immediately."

"We are coming back again before we go back to the UK, I could live in your area, I just love the place, it’s so clean, grate staff, very friendly & extremely helpful, excellent facilities, looking forward to when we come back to the Philippines & try out the water park. The location is so simple to find, I even recommended CocoCay to my friend, so he drove his family up to see us, & for what it cost, we’re coming back on the 24of January for 3 days before we fly home. Thank you for a great experience Leslie John Haynes & Family"
