"I wonder what agency rates hotels in Beirut, but this hotel should be 3 stars or less. There was no bulb in the table lamp, the bathroom mirror light didn't seem to work. No air condition in room."

"Lovely vintage hotel in a great area. Staying at this hotel felt like going back in time. Some reviews complain about the dated rooms, but I found them really charming. It's easy to imagine that you're staying in Beirut in it's heyday in the 60's. Walking distance to loads of nice restaurants, cafes, and bars. About a 20 minute walk to pigeon rock. Breakfast is simple. As a vegan, there wasn't much for me to each besides bananas, but the coffee was nice. Will stay again during our next trip to Beirut."

"Checkin with a warm welcome & a smiling face from Mr. Samir. He made sure we have quick checkin and also asked us to get back to him anytime we need to have any queries on going around Beirut or other information. The room was beautiful as you will expect from Radisson Blu standard. Had great selection of breakfast compared to other hotels of same standard in stayed in Beirut. The restaurant Manager Mr. Nabil did great job by taking care of the everyone himself and making sure of the details if everyone is served well. Overall had a great stay. "

"I said before I left the hotel that, luxurious can be found anywhere but friendly staff all the time is difficult to find and keep. Hassan was the first one to welcome us. We were in the mood of talking and he was interactive, smiling , friendly, and very helpful. Although there was a customer waiting for us but he did not hurry us up or distracted. He was fully focusing with us until we are done. The house keeping Nevein, from her first moment entering the room she was keen to make us feel home, with a smile and genuine feelings of care. These employees are treasure to any business. Keep them and dont let them go. Thank you"

"The Regis Hotel was great for my first trip to Lebanon. The friendly, attentive staff could not have been nicer and made me feel right at home. In fact, the Regis was more like a guest house with a family atmosphere than just a hotel. I loved my stay so much I came back to the Regis again for several more days after visiting other parts of Lebanon. The Corniche is only a block from the hotel and I could look out at the Mediterranean Sea from my window. The lively shopping district of Hamra is just 15 minutes in one direction, and the Beirut Souks and other Downtown attractions are a few minutes walk the other way. So the location is central. I walked for miles along the beautiful waterfront, where there are a variety of places to eat. The hotel staff was especially helpful in finding transport for me to visit various areas of Lebanon, especially the lovely Qadisha Valley in the North. The manager even lent me his cell phone to make a call. And the staff were always giving me tea or coffee whenever I went to the lobby - all gratis. I am so grateful to the Regis Hotel for making my two weeks in Lebanon one of the best times in my life. When I go back - soon I hope - I would certainly stay at the Regis again!"

"I stayed there for first time for three nights during a business trip. This is a typical business hotel, it was perfect location and close to cafe and kornesh The hotel is fresh with very modern and easy-going decoration. Breakfast is good, and friendly staff. i have been given an upgrade to suite with sea view. also the hotel did not charge on changing the date of the arrival and that make me to consider to book agine in the same hotel next time I visit Beirut. The only issue is the hotel charge on the internet in room. and its free in the lobby. i suggest to be free even in the room to get 10 mark. "
