"This hotel is now called LimeTree, and (I think because of the hurricanes) is all brand new. The hotel rooms are very nice and updated, the beach was perfect to lay out on (the water was clear, no seaweed, but there is a but more rock than other beaches we explored). The pool was fabulous, not crowded, and the food was great too. We took a catamaran trip that happened to leave from another popular and expensive resort, and noticed how crowded it was and were so glad we chose LimeTree instead! The other resort probably had more amenities for kids, but being on our babymoon, LimeTree provided a quiet and mostly kid-free environment for ultimate relaxation. Price couldn't be beat, and we loved the location on the island. We are so happy we picked LimeTree! If I had to complain about anything, it would be the roosters crowing in the early morning, and the very large iguanas that came down from their tree around lunch time to stalk our food - they are charming from far away but when they are trying to steal your chips, that's another story!
