"There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only two plastic packets of shampoo, the main light did not work... After informing the staff about the light, it was not fixed until the next day, when we mentioned it again... and later that day, after fixing the light bulb fell out and was again unusable. The only great thing was fantastic water pressure and lots of hot water."
