Copenhagen hotels & accommodations

I did a lot of research to find this hotel. Most hotels offering the same size room are 50% more expensive. I would suggest paying a few dollars more to get the breakfast buffet, as food is $$$$ in Copenhagen. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had 4 star towels. The shower was strong, and plenty of hot water. A small bathroom, but functional. Americans aren...

Location, location!!! Good morning Copenhagen Hotel is so very central to the city, especially to the main Central Train station. All receptionists are so helpful and friendly. Oleanor even helped me with my luggages to the station when off-duty. So much appreciated especially when the train station lift was out of order. Hotel is so good value for money. Highly...

We traveled to Copenhagen for only one day, and Copenhagen Plaza is one of the most suitable hotel because it’s located in the center of the city. Everything — shopping center, restaurants, and tourists attractions — are in walking distance; there’s a grocery shop nearby, and the staffs are very friendly. We booked a room for three (with additional extra bed) and the r...

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever booked in Agoda! The view from our window is absolutely stunning! It’s literally falling asleep at the tranquility of the lake (as seen from the window), and waking up to the enchanting view of the scenery. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the center, yet far enough to avoid the crowd and busy streets of C...

This is a great experience for anyone who enjoys design. The hotel has an interesting history and encompasses its original Jacobsen design. The room and service was impeccable. We are able to view the historic room 606 and new fritz Hansen collaboration suites. It is a larger hotel than I would normally stay and this does pick up the American cruise trade, so it can be...

The ladies working the front desk when I was there, were very, very friendly! We had issues with my booking so it took a while to get me checked in so they upgraded me for free! They served free breakfast in the morning. It was the perfect stay for a single traveler who had a layover in Copenhagen.

The stay was good, the check in process was fast. Wifi was fast although it requires a login everytime you need to connect. The room was spacious given the size of other hotels in Copenhagen. Bed was quite comfortable but pillows were too soft for my taste. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful break in Copenhagen. The standard of the hotel is very good. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Our 1 bedroom suit was bright and airy, a good size and well planned out. Plenty storage. Very comfy beds. Well equipt kitchen area. We didn't use the hotel facilities but they did look very good. Located near train station so easy journey from airport. We wal...

I stayed in the standard room for 3 nights and found the experience rather nice in general. The house rate is agreeable, the room is large enough for four-people-small-gathering, and the staff there indeed show their hospitality in many way. However, the hotel room is not that clean and tidy as the photo may show, and I could even overhear the street bustling and nois...

We stayed at 12 hotels during our 16 days Europe and this is our best hotel, beating Hilton Hotel Copenhagen Airport (we spent 2 nights there) next to airport. Highly recommended since they have shuttle bus to make up for the short distance from the airport. Very friendly and professional staffs. Unfortunately, there is no shopping, restaurant or park near the hotel wi...

The staff was amazing, very helpful and attentive. Our luggage was delayed and they kept in touch with the airlines and when the luggage was received put it in our room. The food at breakfast was very good, coffee was some of the best that I have had for a long time. The food was fresh and the breads and cheeses were yummy. The courtyard was nice for relaxing with ...

This hotel is located just in the middle of between two S-tag stations Glostrup and Brondbyoster. Probably for those who travelling by car this could be a goodchoice. I was suprised (in a good way) that rooms do have double windows and there is absolutelly 100% no noise from a street side. I must admit that buffet in this hotel is quite good. The hotel do have rest...

the hotel was very conveniently located in regards to the metro and bus systems. also on the weekend it was nice to be so close to all the restaurants and major tourist attractions. the room was quite small but adequate for a single traveler. the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful but there were a couple that were a little grumpy. overall a good hotel to s...

Sharing the bathroom was not an issue, most guests are pretty considerate. The single room I had faces the street but it was good cos the sun shines in and made the whole room so much warmer! (this was an usually cold May weather). The couple who ran the hotel and the lady cook/helper were friendly and welcoming - it was like staying at a friend's house really. Breakfa...

The Comwell Holte Hotel is ca. 35 km away from Central Copenhagen and the North Coast of Sealand. It is relatively close to the castles in Hillerod and Fredensburg. The rooms are of decent size (except for shower) and comfortable. Everything is clean and the reception staff is very helpful. The hotel is only suitable for travelers with a car. Beware of the address, the...

Nice apartment with ample of space. a very good view right outside the apartment. supermarket is just steps away. lots of eateries nearby. there is also japanese restuarant and asian food resturant nearby. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Bus number 35 takes you to this town in 15 minutes from the airport. there is a direct bus to town as well. this is a very rela...

It was a nice hotel with very clean rooms, although a bit small. The entrance of the hotel was also facing a strip club and I happened to have 1 room facing the strip club, so I just kept my blinds drawn the whole time. It was good to have English channels, like the English movies channel Canal+, on the TV, something which I realize other hotels in Copenhagen did not h...

If you love trains, this is the only hotel in Copenhagen. If you don't, they won't bother you, contrary to the bad reviews left by some princesses. The rooms date the hotel to perhaps the 70s, but it is neat, comfortable and clean. Very well located, and good value in an expensive city. And really, if you are a rail fan, do yourself a huge favour and look no further- y...

First time I stayed in this hotel, but I will definitely return when traveling to Copenhagen again. The hotel is very nice and modern equipped. Centrally located and in walking distance from the Central Station. Rooms are pretty small, but efficient. The hotel also houses the Copenhagen Icebar. Breakfast buffet is good and in the evening (18.00 - 21.00) a free evening ...

I would recommend this hotel for travellers to Copenhagen. This hotel is good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed at the Alexandra Hotel Copenhagen for 2 nights and found the hotel located within a short walking distance from the central train station, meaning it was very easy to take a train from the Copenhagen airport into town ( 15 min) and then walk to the hotel from the central train station. The hotel was also within walking distance of numerous attractions such as Ti...

I have to say the room was pretty small, smaller than my expectation, and the interior, especially in the bathroom, was really old looking, everything worked ok though. You won't be staying in the castle- you will be staying in a building 100m away with student quality room (tv, shower, paper cups for instant coffee, tea from kettle,, no SAFe) There's no restaurant for lunch or evening mealsz breakfast is serous the castle - white linen and lit candles which is nice. Rooms are Ok...The ambience at the entrance, lobby, reception and hallway to the rooms is boring.. It feels empty. It doesn't feel like a hotel, as I step out of the elevator on our way to the rooms It felt like Im in a hostel or apartelle instead of hotel. The colors are just not so hyggeligt. Real reviews for hotels
Surprised by the compactness of the city. A very clean and attractive city. Very easy to get around, very easy to find anything, great tourist info center.
Nice place to visit and lots of sightseeing and shopping. Have to go on river cruise and Scandinavian cruise
A lay back city with good food and drinks, there is also lot of culture in the city. Christiana is a place not to miss.
We enjoyed the ease of which to get around especially the Hop on Hop off bus where so many attractions could be accessed.
Day never ends in summer. Be carefull most of the restaurants, even the bars are closing early in weekdays.
Few months ago, they featured Denmark as the happiest people in EU so I went there expecting to see and feel the happiness and warmth of the people.
Would have no hesitation recommending this city for a long weekend. One of the best cities I have visited.
Copenhagen is charming and relaxed. People are very friendly, and almost everyone speaks excellent English.
Nice city a little expensive but it can be done on a budget if you do your homework. Like a number of European capitals it has it own type of charm in both Summer and Winter time.
It is easy to reach many places by using train. I also tried to be in the bus. The driver was really helpful.
Lovely city and not too big. Can walk around to main attractions. Biking here was one of the experiences we have ever had.
many bikes attracts me to take bike tour on a sun shinny day, after had taken sightseeing bus in rainy day.
Loved Copenhagen. So much to see and the people were very friendly. Everyone seemed to speak English and were very helpful with directions, etc.
A friendly and very welcoming city which is historical and beautiful. We enjoyed our time here very much and will return in another summer in the future.
Copenhagen is a bike transport city. I would recommend hiring a bike, you can ride everywhere, park, walk, etc.
Lovely, but expensive! I had always heard that Scandinavia (and esp Copenhagen) was expensive, but I was still shocked! I paid $11 for a 500ml lemon squash at a restaurant.
It is an expensive city. Nevertheless there are many green parks in the city that allow visitors to walk around and relax.
Very nice city, "small" feeling to it despite its size. Ströget is a great shopping street and and the whole city is packed with restaurants, bars and coffeshops.
must goto copenahgen and try to get a reservation at Noma, the scandavian food is awesome, definitely will go back again
Just an amazing city ,so clean , so friendly , beautiful scenery and architecture, couldn't find anything bad to say , only positive things , amazing
Lovely, lively, friendly City even in November worth visiting, excellent Food, nice People everywhere
very expensive city. dont come unless you a prepared for the fact it will cost you an arm and a leg. everyone speaks amazing english, city is clean and interesting.
Great city to visit for history and shopping, found it very expensive. Good to walk to most places or bike and trains are excellent but very expensive
Lots to see here including - of course - The Little Mermaid. Also the surprisingly accessible palace still used by the royal family.
Sjoppingen va helt ok men som sagt. Jag förstår varför folk väljer Stockholm framför Oslo och Köpenhamn!
For this city - I've stayed at the central, near Tivoli, for me it's really easy to go to attraction place by loca bus (no.
Great city with lots of cultural attractions, although never really seemed too busy. Everyone there was really friendly, the food and beer was great and it's super flat so quiet easy to walk around.
A first visit to Copenhagen, loved the Nyhavn area and enjoyed the canal cruise. Very friendly people and easy to get around, although the new subway building is disrupting traffic in the central city and some bus routes have been diverted so you may have to walk further than expected.
Beautiful, clean, friendly city with something for everyone. Tivo;i Gardens in the center of COpenhagen is an amusement park wich offers something for ages 3-100.
Copenhagen is a pleasant city with beautiful buildings and architecture. It is safe and enjoyable. There are many places of interests to visit.
