Location, location!!! Good morning Copenhagen Hotel is so very central to the city, especially to the main Central Train station. All receptionists are so helpful and friendly. Oleanor even helped me with my luggages to the station when off-duty. So much appreciated especially when the train station lift was out of order. Hotel is so good value for money. Highly recommended.

I did a lot of research to find this hotel. Most hotels offering the same size room are 50% more expensive. I would suggest paying a few dollars more to get the breakfast buffet, as food is $$$$ in Copenhagen. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had 4 star towels. The shower was strong, and plenty of hot water. A small bathroom, but functional. Americans aren't familiar with this hotel chain. It over-delivered for the price. We'd go back.

It was a nice hotel with very clean rooms, although a bit small. The entrance of the hotel was also facing a strip club and I happened to have 1 room facing the strip club, so I just kept my blinds drawn the whole time. It was good to have English channels, like the English movies channel Canal+, on the TV, something which I realize other hotels in Copenhagen did not have.

Sharing the bathroom was not an issue, most guests are pretty considerate. The single room I had faces the street but it was good cos the sun shines in and made the whole room so much warmer! (this was an usually cold May weather). The couple who ran the hotel and the lady cook/helper were friendly and welcoming - it was like staying at a friend's house really. Breakfast was good, better on the weekends I suspect cos it was the wife and lady cook around; I guess weekday breakfast could do with more variety. The train station is a 15-20 min walk away & u can get to parts of Copenhagen easily. Hotel also rents out bike which is a good way to discover Copenhagen. I like the hotel and will stay there if I were to visit Copenhagen again.

Stayed at the Alexandra Hotel Copenhagen for 2 nights and found the hotel located within a short walking distance from the central train station, meaning it was very easy to take a train from the Copenhagen airport into town ( 15 min) and then walk to the hotel from the central train station. The hotel was also within walking distance of numerous attractions such as Tivoli and the main shopping street Strøget. This was perfect for us, as we went to Copenhagen on a weekend shopping trip. Also even though the hotel is located on a busy street, the noise level of our room was very low. This was true for the first night, the second night the hotel had rented out its first floor bistro /bar to a closed party that played very loud music until 2 am! We called the receptionist at 1 am and asked when they would turn down the music, it was so loud that one could hear every word of the lyrics to the songs played through 2 floors! The receptionist said the music would be turned down and finally the party would be over by 2 am. The party was over by 2 am and we could finally go to sleep. At breakfast the next morning everyone there talked of the same thing how they could not sleep due to the loud party noise the previous night. For our party we were a bit tired but felt bad for the people who had conferences to attend early in the morning.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and attentive. Our luggage was delayed and they kept in touch with the airlines and when the luggage was received put it in our room. The food at breakfast was very good, coffee was some of the best that I have had for a long time. The food was fresh and the breads and cheeses were yummy. The courtyard was nice for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day sight seeing in Copenhagen. The rooms are typical small rooms, but clean with everything you need for a sightseeing/shopping trip to Copenhagen.

The Comwell Holte Hotel is ca. 35 km away from Central Copenhagen and the North Coast of Sealand. It is relatively close to the castles in Hillerod and Fredensburg. The rooms are of decent size (except for shower) and comfortable. Everything is clean and the reception staff is very helpful. The hotel is only suitable for travelers with a car. Beware of the address, there are several Kongegade 195 and one has to find the one north of Holte.

I have to say the room was pretty small, smaller than my expectation, and the interior, especially in the bathroom, was really old looking, everything worked ok though. Other than that, the breakfast was nice and you will not find a better location for a hotel in Copenhagen. 3 minute walk to the central Train Station, 5 minute walk to Tivoli Garden (amusement park) 10 minute walk to City Square (City Hall) and the famous pedestrian shopping street "Strøget". Lots of tourist attractions within walking distance.

First time I stayed in this hotel, but I will definitely return when traveling to Copenhagen again. The hotel is very nice and modern equipped. Centrally located and in walking distance from the Central Station. Rooms are pretty small, but efficient. The hotel also houses the Copenhagen Icebar. Breakfast buffet is good and in the evening (18.00 - 21.00) a free evening buffet is offered with very nice dishes. Enjoyed the hotel!

We traveled to Copenhagen for only one day, and Copenhagen Plaza is one of the most suitable hotel because it’s located in the center of the city. Everything — shopping center, restaurants, and tourists attractions — are in walking distance; there’s a grocery shop nearby, and the staffs are very friendly. We booked a room for three (with additional extra bed) and the room was very spacy, the bathroom was nice, and the essential amenities were all there. The only con was the wifi slowed down, probably because our roomwas located at the corner of the floor.

If you love trains, this is the only hotel in Copenhagen. If you don't, they won't bother you, contrary to the bad reviews left by some princesses. The rooms date the hotel to perhaps the 70s, but it is neat, comfortable and clean. Very well located, and good value in an expensive city. And really, if you are a rail fan, do yourself a huge favour and look no further- you won't leave your room!

You won't be staying in the castle- you will be staying in a building 100m away with student quality room (tv, shower, paper cups for instant coffee, tea from kettle,, no SAFe) There's no restaurant for lunch or evening mealsz breakfast is serous the castle - white linen and lit candles which is nice. Reception closes at 4pm so I am not sure what would happen if you have problems with the room or getting access after that time. Maybe a nice place to stay for an on site conference or if you have a car. But it doesn't really work as a conventional hotel as it doesn't offer the facilities of a real hotel.

I would recommend this hotel for travellers to Copenhagen. This hotel is good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good particularly when it is included in the room rate. Copenhagen is an expensive city and this helps the budget a lot. The location is excellent being close to Tivoli, the train station and the shopping pedestrain walks. This woulod save lots of money on Taxis as Taxis are very expensive in Copenhagen. The hotel has just been renovated, Ican smell the fresh paint in the room when I stayed there in June 2010.

the hotel was very conveniently located in regards to the metro and bus systems. also on the weekend it was nice to be so close to all the restaurants and major tourist attractions. the room was quite small but adequate for a single traveler. the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful but there were a couple that were a little grumpy. overall a good hotel to stay in and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone staying in Copenhagen.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever booked in Agoda! The view from our window is absolutely stunning! It’s literally falling asleep at the tranquility of the lake (as seen from the window), and waking up to the enchanting view of the scenery. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the center, yet far enough to avoid the crowd and busy streets of Copenhagen. Reaching the hotel from the airport (and vice versa) is surprisingly easy, as it is just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop (we took bus 5c from the airport when we arrived and took the same bus when we departed-very convenient!) The only thing I feel lacking in this hotel are swimming pool and jacuzzi/sauna, but otherwise, everything else is perfect!

This hotel is located just in the middle of between two S-tag stations Glostrup and Brondbyoster. Probably for those who travelling by car this could be a goodchoice. I was suprised (in a good way) that rooms do have double windows and there is absolutelly 100% no noise from a street side. I must admit that buffet in this hotel is quite good. The hotel do have restoran. If you don't whant to have a food in the hotel you will need to walk (or drive) towards Glostrup station. I think nearest shop (Fotex) is close to Glostrup station aprx 20 min walking. You also meet couple food places following this direction. Rooms are big enough - at least for one treveler. Bathroom is big and have good equipment. Overall i liked staying in this hotel.

We stayed at 12 hotels during our 16 days Europe and this is our best hotel, beating Hilton Hotel Copenhagen Airport (we spent 2 nights there) next to airport. Highly recommended since they have shuttle bus to make up for the short distance from the airport. Very friendly and professional staffs. Unfortunately, there is no shopping, restaurant or park near the hotel within walking distance. Metro station is just a short walk away. Overall, we prefer this hotel compared with Hilton Hotel.

We had a wonderful break in Copenhagen. The standard of the hotel is very good. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Our 1 bedroom suit was bright and airy, a good size and well planned out. Plenty storage. Very comfy beds. Well equipt kitchen area. We didn't use the hotel facilities but they did look very good. Located near train station so easy journey from airport. We walked into Copenhagen mostly but public transport is on the door step. Netto supermarket right next door is very handy. Absolutely would book an Adina apartment again.
