Good food and great staff but had a sleepless night due to the fact it's right by a main road and the cheap detergent they use to wash the bedding. The duvet and pillows did not smell fresh at all, no idea what they must use to clean the sheets but the smell of them was not pleasant.
After a long day at ingilston equestrian centre, we arrived at the Milton Inn hotel and welcomed by very friendly helpful staff. It was an easy check In and as we'd brought some provision including alcohol, she happily supplied us with an ice bucket and glasses.
