We stayed here for two days. we asked to decorate room and provide cake, staff fulfilled our special requests and we are very happy with service. rooms were clean tidy, and nice view from window. * only thing we would like to recommend hotel to provide toothbrushes and toothpastes like other hotels because guest might not carry them on holidays.
We had a few hiccups during our stay at Fortune Inn which were mainly minor malfunctions that were immediately resolved once they were notified to the front desk. The service rendered by the team at Fortune Inn was totally 5 stars. Everyone was warm, friendly and professional and it truely reflected the spirit of Gandhinagar. We reached very late and were there in the hotel just for the night stay. we had booked a suite room but were upgraded to family suite. the room was quite spacious and we had good time. This is a budget hotel and it was totally value for money for us!
The staff is totally unprofessional. The rooms are average. There is no free wifi. The staff denied that the breakfast was included in the room charge. They charged me for the breakfast, in spite of me showing them the hotel booking voucher.

The manager delayed our driver by an hour so he could pester us about sponsoring himself and his family to start a hotel with his millions of dollars. Very annoying and unprofessional. Would never go back very uncomfortable.
