While we were in Kozhikode, we spent the first day away from the city. On the second day, we checked in to this hotel. The Hotel is located on the Mavoor Road, pretty close to the KSRTC bus stand. There are some nice places to eat nearby. Even the most famous ones are 30-40 bucks away. The breakfast spread was nice.
The rooms were pretty good. Check in went through quick and fine. Told front desk at 4 pm to book a taxi for next day morning 6. They had not done it when I checked at 9 pm. Went to restuarant and asked for suggestion at 4. First we asked about French fries and ordered. Then he suggested sandwich and we ordered but he did not mention that it also comes with French frie...
It never seemed to me like a business hotel. The rooms were very old fashioned and reminded me of the 80s. The furnishing is pretty ugly and the per night charges are way too much for this 3 star hotel. The best part about the hotel is the location. Otherwise, breakfast and pretty much everything else is okay okay. The rooms are too tiny and congested.
