Place was only staffed with one girl and there was a long wait. Location was OK - right after bridge going to Isle of Skye. Room was mixed dorm with 4 bed - 2 were bunk and 2 were side-by-side. No lockers in room - didn't see anywhere actually. Toilets are located outside of rooms. 2/3 didn't have doors that locked. Door to room was sticky. Didn't use showers. Parking outside on street.

Our stay was pleasant with a nice quiet room and comfortable bed in Witchwood House. The accommodations seem like it’s a group of multiple guest houses and a hostel. We booked in the guesthouse and it was very nice. Breakfast was at the restaurant on the premises and was very good. The town is small, so there aren’t a TON of restaurant options for dinner, but it is a beautiful place for a walk, and a bit of exploring if you want to walk out to the castle ruins nearby.

This was a very shabby hotel that is very overpricedand and certainly not worth the 110 UK Pounds per night that we were charged. And we had two rooms. There is no air conditioning. We couldn't even open the windows which were stuck. The hot and cold water were separate taps in the bathroom. The hot water was scalding and we couldn't turn on the cold water tap. The receptionist was brusque and practically demanded payment as soon as we entered the hotel. The WIFI only works in the lounge and only when there are only just a people in the room. As soon as a bus load of tourists arrive, the WIFI is very slow. The only good things that I can say about the Kings Arms is that it's location is lovely and that the mostly Polish waiters/waitresses were provided excellent service. I would not stay there again.
