Pros: Isabell was awesome (so helpful and friendly) The property was beautiful Cons: Room was above the kitchen and it smelt terrible Window didn't close No bathroom in room - the shared bathroom didn't have a door handle and was not very clean (no way I would shower in there) Our only full day there we were told we couldn't use any of the facilities (neither of t...

This hotel is not bad, it is in a very quiet neighborhood on the beach. A short walk to the small shops and fish restaurants. I enjoyed the solitude but it was too far to walk to the nightlife of Tunco.
Although the rooms are very basic (no fridge, coffee or free toiletries), they are clean and you are only going to sleep there (or watch a little tv). The two small pools are lovely with sun loungers but it's the sea walk and rock pools for you to sit in that make Atami special.
This hotel has excellent food, although it is a little more pricier than others, it is well worth it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is top notch and the staff is friendly.

Quiet location but short walk to all amenities. Has a kitchen for self catering. Very friendly owner who will treat you like family. Highly recommended if you want to live in a family like environment.
