"In all the confusion that was going on my wife booked through a second party . I didn't know this . I checked in and clerk didn't see I had a pre paid reservation . So I had to pay for two rooms but I only used one . Clerk in the morning could not do anything for me . Adding more stress to my situation. But it is a nice hotel close to dad . He is now in a nursing home"

"Good value for money, extremely well kept and very comfortable and some very good restaurants close by 👍 My only criticism would be that we complained about a resident/residents smoking in their bedrooms in this non-smoking hotel and we were told it was the residue/smell from clothing as they smoked outside. Believe me this was not the case and lack of management intervention was irritating, especially as we were required to sign/agree to abide by the no-smoking policy when we arrived!"

"This hotel was one of the worst I'd ever stayed in. We ended up having to all (2 adults and 3 kids) pile in one king sized bed because they didn't have the original room we booked, the floor was too dirty to have anyone sleep on a pallet on the floor. We slept on top of the bedclothes because of how smoky, musty, and moldy the room was. Very unclean, dirt and gunk everywhere. Will not stay here again."

"Rosa and BJ were two of the best staff people that my wife and I have experienced in our travls. They went out of their way to help with some very small problems that we encountered.Like the remote for the tv not working. If I owned a business, these two ladies would not be working at your place..I would pay them whatever it took to get them to come work for me. Feels good to meet people that care."
