Lima hotels & accommodations

We were greeted by a very friendly porter and check-in assistant. She told us we had been upgraded to a Club Suite - marvellous! We were on the 17th floor with a good view of the city. We were given vouchers for Pisco Sours - the bar staff were very friendly. All staff in bars and restaurants spoke English very well and had excellent customer service skills. The Club l...

after a very long fly, it was a nice site to see a hotel that is just 10 yards outside the terminal. no need to leave the airport to find one of the best hotels in lima, peru. the service was wonderful and the staff very helpful. it has all the amenities that their advertisement says it has. clean beds and showers, wi-fi, comfortable beds, continental breadfast, go...

It’s a new hotel and provided good breakfast. enjoy our stay. However, it is far from international airport and traffic is terrible in Lima. We had a terrible experience for going international airport and I felt it’s the staff problem. We ordered 2 taxis on 8:30am in advance and i was told they were coming in 5 minutes. We kept waiting and checking for 30 minutes and ...

Stayed at the Dazzler for 4 nights during a visit to Lima. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable with fast speed WIFI access. Breakfast options are plenty and room service is round the clock with a good menu to choose from. Location wise, Dazzler is centrally located within the heart of Miraflores; making it easy to access to different neighbourhoods within Lima. The...

We arrived late at night. The check in so smooth and efficient. One of our group had to leave 4.00am next morning. Reception arranged everything. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Need an exhaust fan in bathroom and breakfast is basic. For the price it is very good for so close to the airport, maybe 10 minutes by taxi.

This suite hotel is located at the intersection of the San Isidro and Magdalena districts (tell the taxi driver to bring you to the intersection of Av. Ejercito and Av. Salaverry). A beachfront park, a supermarket, various banks, and some restaurants (including a highly rated upscale Peruvian one) are closeby. The Miraflores district where most tourists are located is ...

the B&B is immaculately maintained. The breakfast was fantastic and the host was very friendly. the location was a touch far from the majority of restaurants and shops, but we were happy to walk around town, so it wasn't an issue for us. We Ubered everywhere at night, which was just cheap and chips.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Kamana. I'm a pretty easy guy to please, but literally when staying in lima, from this hotel with just a map I printed out from google I was able to walk (never more than 10 blocks) to many historical sites, plazas, tourist buildings, downtown shopping is just 2 blocks away. Wifi is always a plus, with computers in lobby if you didn't bring y...

Because of flight at 07:00 we had an early check-out. On the reception desk we asked for breakfast boxes and staff proposed to provide for us full breakfast in the evening. We accepted, but the breakfast was delivered to our room at 11pm when we were sleeping. Woman with breakfast woke up us

The hotel building is a colonial style mansion with 2 inner courts. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Location is very nice -very quiet but many places and restaurants are in walking distance. Pretty good hotel for a start in Lima if you dont speak spanish and are not used to Peru, otherwise you can find places that are as good but cheaper, for example in the...

The location of this property in miraflores cannot be faulted. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast fast is fine, although the the selection of food could do with adding some variety. My room was fine. English TV channels are limited. Good for a short stay in Lima.

We spent 1 night there and will be coming back when I'm Lima. They were able to arrange airport transfer at a very reasonable rate, even if we arrived late, they were available on the phone to help us find our driver as we got delayed over 2 hours at emigration. On arrival at 2 am we felt very welcomed got showed arround the facilities. We had the private room shared b...

i have stayed in this hotel a few times now and overall i have been very satisfied with the hotel.it is in a great location right in the heart of miraflores and just a 2 minute walk from larcomar.the staff are friendly and the cost of the room was reasonable.the breakfast was included in the price and the rooms were comfortable and clean.great place to stay for a coupl...

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the shower is hot and powerful. The staff, especially Angelo the owner are great, very helpful and did everything they could to ensure we would enjoy our stay in Lima. the hotel is in a fantastic position, less than one minutes walk from the the plaza and beautiful buildings. Many restaurants around. The wifi is good.

Anna was Very welcoming nothing was to much trouble for her, she was very kind and helpful. Good location close to many restaurants, bars, laundromat and attractions. Peru hop bus stops right outside the front door. Airport taxi organised by Anna was very good and made it easy and stress free after a long flight. I would highly recommend staying here for any type of t...

Barranco is a fabulous area to stay. Apartment was perfect and close walk to restaurants and sights in area. Staff extremely helpful and thoughtful. You need to check with security on door to access managers on site. Highly recommend area and accommodation

Nice place, no fuss, nice room, price I guess was ok. Would be better if they had tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Main reason for picking was location to ocean front. At the end of the day Lima is not the most exciting city destination and the constant cloudy days don't really help.

Arriving at the airport at midnight, I had a seven-hour wait for my next flight out. There is literally nothing to do at Lima airport, so the Holiday Inn right across the parking lot is a beacon of comfort. Super clean, super comfortable. Great to grab a shower, some decent food and a good sleep before the next flight. Although it is located right across the parking...

Hotel was awesome, ag o da sucks .... I will never book anything with this service ever again... The apartment we had was great! Ag o da did a classic bait and switch. Cheapest when we looked most expensive when we booked... The room had 2 bedrooms a living/dining room and a small but very adequate kitchen, and with plenty of bodegas and a Vivandi supermarket within ...

Stayed in suit room, was large, clean and had the best shower head I think I’ve had in any hotel.. the hot water was hot and didn’t run out. The spa was clean and worked well.. only down side is the room has no aircon but the fan they provide works well and the windows are only single layer glass so you can hear the street noise but it was no big deal.
Cheap places to stay in Lima

This hostel is fabulous. The location is one of the best you can get in Lima. In the Barrancos district 5min walking from Barrancos park. You really feel like family. if you need to go somewhere, instead of explain you, most of the time there will be somebody to go with you. The staff is awesome amd its a really chilly place. Also there's the most cut puppy you never s...

A friend and I got a private room here because of its proximity to the airport. We walked from the airport to get a sense of distance, but it wasn't an interesting walk (and taxis are cheap). The online rate was best, so they waited for me to reserve online. You also pay-as-you-go for things - no room account. It has everything you could expect from a good hostel. T...

When I booked this hostel I just wanted a place to rest near the airport as I arrived in Lima pretty late during the night, and Tupac hostel was exactly was I was looking for. Booked a private room and it was clean, good value for what I paid. Staff was very nice and helpful.

be sure to verify your room in the main house is available. great rates, perfect location in lima. staff is good. keep an eye on your bill. the staff speaks very good english and is very helpful. avoid rooms in the rear house. they have a serious mold problem.

This hotel made our one day stay in Lima too easy. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which was about a 15 minute drive. The hotel was clean and comfortable and offered wifi and tvs in the rooms. It is located near tons of fabulous restaurants serving up ceviche and is a 45 minute cab ride To Mira flora. We'd would return for another stay.

We stayed in a private room, so we were located very close to Plaza Kennedy (they have different buildings for privates and dorms). Room was comfortable, shared bathrooms were always cleaned and not crowded, breakfast was nice and served in their terrace, wifi worked properly, staff was really nice and helpful. There's a shared kitchen that we also used. Very good plac...

Ursula and her family are lovely host. They are friendly and can speak good English. The room was huge and very clean. Stable hot water for shower. Common kitchen for use. The only drawbacks are the noise from the car outside which is inevitable. Also the area is not much to do but there is a 24 hour gas station to offer some basic things, and it is not far from Mirafl...

We had an early morning flight the next day at 5am, so it made sense to stay near Lima Airport . No frills room with shared bathroom. Pick up can be arranged with the hotel upon arrival at the airport for US$3, as well as the return transfer. Please ask for a good Taxi. The one we had, the tyre was flat and we were forced to drag our luggage by foot, luckily just outs...

The rooms are spacious and the beds are warm and comfortable. Fernando and Guido are so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help. There is a kitchen with all the facilities to cook which is good especially when you want to socialise with others. The only downside (which didn't personally bother me) is that the kitchen and bathrooms are shabby and a bit dirt...

Only 4 blocks away from the most expensive hotel in Peru (JW Marriot) you know you're in a prime location. Sweet family owned guest house. It's a few steps up from being in a hostel without breaking the bank. Allowing comfort and more privacy on a budget. The location is perfectly situated off a quiet street as Lima can be loud! Yet quick walking distance to restaurant...

Ok the price its little bit expensive, but you are in the center, close to all momuments and museum. You can go by walk, its not so far. Close to big supermarket too, and 25min walk from 4 or 5 bus company (same street) You've got a free breakfast not so bad, and the lady at the reception is really friendly. Some evening, little bit noisy

good location, right besides city center, a lot of nice restruarants. no air conditioner, a little bit hot at noon time. bath room is not very clean, see little bugs jumping in the bath room. people are nice and helpful in the hotel. very nice choice choice for short period stay.

the B&B is immaculately maintained. Pros: +Great location +Good price +Staff speak "some" english +Can help supply airport pickup +Surprisingly decent breakfast provided +Quiet (at least, my room was) Cons -Some confusion about airport pickup time (it worked out in the end) -Whatever they use to clean the floors is sticky as hell and smells terrible - if staff read this, please change your cleaning pro...

The location was the best, you could walk to the main squares. At night we felt safe because it was near a main road, the staff were fantastic very helpful, we had a airport pick up they were there waiting for us. The Internet was fast never dropped out. The room was very basic but had everything that you needed and was what they on the website. We were not disappointe...

Special credit to the hotel reception staff esp Sebastien. After 30 hours of flying, completely exhausted. But I arrived earlier that the hotel room was not ready, which is very much expected. I told the staff (Sebastien) that all I wanted was a hot bath. He was so kind to offer me to go to the changing room upstairs next to gymnasium for changing and a clean-up. Ve...

Pleasant hotel, breakfast included, close to Miraflores centre and ocean. The only uncomfortable thing is shower temperature was changing very fast hot to cold and back. The window opening is huge, be careful if you are with kids. Overall, a very nice hotel.

This bed and breakfast is a very unique house with sea view and all sorts of decorations that show the owner's personality. Absolutely love the animals! They have 3 cats and 2 dogs. One little thing is about the laundry. 60 soles for a load of laundry which is not worth it. Because we lost some underwear and the detergent they use is not for sensitive skin.

The hotel is very near the golf course in the residential area of San Isidro. Apart from a shopping center, there are not many tourist attractions in the area. Just the same, the hotel is a short taxi ride from most major points of interest. My standard room was very, very comfortable and tastefully decorated with modern furniture and great art. The room had a larg...

The hotel was really well located in the hearth of Miraflores just half a block from Kennedy Park and not far from the bus (Metro) station to go to visit the historic centre. Very close to restaurant and bars. The room is not particularly big but well furnished and clean. They have relatively fast internet access, especially compared to other places I stayed during my ...

Lovely hotel with good location. Amenities to supermarkets and outlets most within walking distance. Courteous, helpful hotel staffs. Breakfast is good with a variety. Rooms are clean with a big bathtub and hot shower. Hair dryers are provided. No personal water kettle to make hot water. But you just need to call room service and they will provide a pot of boiled hot ...

This hotel is really worth staying depending (on what you are looking for, of course). For me it was great. Staff was very helpful in all ways. Room was not big but very ok (especially when I found CNN and BBC channels on the tv). The only thing that was that you can hear staff walking and talking in the early morning hours in the corridor. That, of course, bothers you...

i have stayed in this hotel several times and must say that it is the best choice for me in lima. great, friendly service, good rooms with comfortable beds and free wifi. i love the breakfast buffet with choices that change every second day or so. they have a very nice rooftop bar and drink coupons for the same. the pool is a bit small, but good to chill out at with a ...

A nice modern Radisson hotel in a decent location in Lima. A good option for a 1 or 2 night stopover. We enjoyed the breakfast and the service was very good. Good gym, and they gave us $10 free drinks vouchers per day to use in the bar. The restaurant food was excellent for a quiet night in before our flight out to Cuzco the next day. I would recommend this hotel and ...

The best thing about this hotel is the gym. There is a huge gym in the same building and guests can use the facilities for free! :) breakfast is ok but could be better. Location is in Miraflores so nothing to complain about that. The rooms are huge... another positive ++++

Before I stayed in this hotel I like the Peruvian's kindness as well as my stay in Peru, but the driver Oscar which was one of the daily drivers which provided by the hotel destroyed my experience about it. We want to go Historical district and Chinatown and return back to the hotel , he recommend us he will company us which is safe and cheap, finally he went to buy ...

the roosevelt hotel is a good hotel in one of the nicest neighborhoods in lima, peru. a good choice for both business and tourist travelers that want a convenient san isidro location, in a peaceful setting. it is a short ride to barranco, miraflores, and almost walking distance to many good restaurants and night clubs. it is not a modern hotel, but well maintained ...

Although we were not on a business trip here, this seamed liked the perfect hotel for the business traveller. The rooms were large and spacious, the hot tub in the room was great. The staff were quick and efficient and attended to all our needs. Although we were not allowed to check at time of arrival (7am) the room was ready for us by 10.30am and the staff allowed us ...

Stayed here during a layover for my flight to Cusco. Arrived at 11pm and was checking out at 6am the next day. When I woke up to take a shower there was no hot water, tried every possible option and the shower continued to spit out ice cold water. Waking up to 50 degree weather, on 5 hours of sleep, and having to take the coldest shower of all time is pretty miserable....

We were staying at the hotel for a second transit stop. Our flights were changed so we had only a few hours to sleep at the hotel. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed. We did have time for breakfast which was as good as the last time. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It is my first travelling to Lima City, Peru. I dont have many information of the city. When I check to Google Maps, the hotel location is not quite far from the venue. Compare to other 4 star hotel in the city, this hotel give me a very reasonable price and the location is near the city center. there are also many restaurant surrounding, so i dont have difficulties ...

Staff practically push you in the direction of using hotel cars. When you request for a taxi on the phone, the staff member says they will confirm back to you in a few minutes. A few minutes later a staff member comes to you door and says that it will cost $63 us as there are three people and luggage an you need a van. When I responded that I came from the airport in a...

In the first night we got a room on the 3th floor. Avoid the lower levels because the street noise can disturb your night. In Lima car drivers honk day and night. So we moved to the 11th floor what was a lot quitter floor. The staff is very helpful and friendly. While I was working my wife could easy walk around in the area where you find a lot of shopping opportu...

The most amazing thing that happened to during my stay is that I needed to urgently courier a business document to the United States. The Concierge (Rolando) helped me contact FedEx and prepare the document for shipment. Additionally, the hotel could not turnaround a dry cleaning for my suit which I needed the very next morning. Rolando made sure that wasn't going to b...

We stayed in the Swissotel in Lima during our holidays with great pleasure. The hotel is well situated, modern and has nice rooms, excellent restaurants, bars and other accommodations. We especially appreciated the hotel taxi service with modern, clean and airco taxi's. The personnel is very friendly and service is excellent. We would recommend this hotel to any of our...

Well on the expensive side but worth it. First the hotel is located in the center of Miraflores in Lima. Important to note this is not Lima center, which is about 30 min. to the north and less safe than Miraflores which is where most tourists and business interests head along with San Isidro. Second, the staff is very professional and effective. Third, room was very sp...

Place was a bit too flashy and retro to my way of thinking. Staff was helpful but not terribly well informed. Locatons was relatively safe and convenient. Airport transport to and from was excellent....Hotel and casino were reasonably clean and well maintained. Rooms were split level and had good city views.

I enjoyed a lot my stay as the main purpose was to relax for one day (don't expect luxury features but it is good enough for that purpose). quiet area and excellent service. If your idea is to visit Lima, it may be a bit far away. The service was great from the very beginning and they were very helpful with all my questions and requests.

I pretty much liked this hotel. Could use a bit of sprucing BUT is has a small pool on the rooftop with a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was okay and the staff were very helpful when my airline cancelled my flight and helped me to call the airlines and straighten out my airline rescheduling. I would stay here again. Paid $69 a night with breakfast included. Thought...

I had planned to stay 3 days at Delfines, but checked out after only 1 night due to a number of minor issues. The location of the hotel is in the business district, which assures easy access to various embassies and major companies. However, the location is far from any entertainment area, selection of restaurants etc. Be aware of all extras in this hotel. The guest ...

Don't just see Lima as a gateway to Cusco. Lima has lots to offer: great food, historical sites and definitely don't miss the Circuito Mágico del Agua.
This was my first time in South America and we flew into Lima. Journey from airport, traffic was horrible, took us over 2 hours from airport to hotel in Miraflores so allow plenty of time in peak hours.
Otis ok just to see the main square and few other historical sites ...But I believe most people just stop over in Lima before going to Machu picchu which is the main attraction for peru
Avoid this city or reduce your stay as short as needed. The traffic is one big disaster and drivers honk the whole time.
Lima is a very large city with many historic sights worth visiting including the San Martin and Main Square, San Francisco Monistary and Caticums and the Huaca Pucllana ruins in Mira Flores.
The hotel area is clean and very safe, there are placed which are not reccomended to vist by night, dangerous, very few people speak English
