"Close to the busy motorway and if you like to have a window open, you will be woken early. Room was a good size, as was the bathroom, scarcely furnished, but had what I needed. Clean and presentable, only problem I had was the bed was very hard and kept me awake."

"Hotel is a 10 minute walk from Lymm village centre with cafes, bars and restaurants. Also on the Trans Pennine walk which as the hotel has no gym is good for a morning run. Or walking. Staff professional and friendly. Except the night porter who forgot my early morning wake up call which nearly caused a problem! Hence I had to mark the staff down a notch. At the same time I have to say the reception lady definitely 5 star and couldn't do enough for the guests. Breakfast average but ok. Coffee a disaster! Just go to the bar and order where they have a proper coffee machine. Nice room. Iron/ironing board in room. I'll stay here again no doubt."
