"After I read a lot of negative reviews on agoda and tripadvisor about this hotel, I was wondering wether to book it or not for my 2 night stay in Bahrain. I decided to have a go and risk it. Right from the start I arrived to this hotel, I couldn't believe those reviews were true. First, I was checked-in early (some 3 hours before official check-in time) and at no extra charge. Secondly, I got a huge room with queen bed and super comfortable matress. Excellent sleep I had both nights. Room was clean. Yes, the hotel shows its age and should be updated but some people are too picky. At the price I paid, I got more than I expected in a country where accommodation is normally expensive. Plus wifi connection was strong. Location is not the best it is walking distance to Fateh Mosque, and there are also many shops and restaurants nearby. Or you are a short taxi ride away from the business district. If you have a car, like I did, there is also a free hotel parking. Would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay in the Juffair Grand Hotel this July 2012. Its a perfect 4 star hotel with nicely sized rooms and good service. The location of the hotel is just perfect to enjoy the bahrain. Specialy for the people who like clubs the hotel itself has two. The famous one is wrangler. Overall its a value for money hotel. Cons: Design of the restroom is not imrpessive at all. Wifi is available in public areas only."

"This was a 24 hour stay whilst passing through Bahrain. The hotel reception staff were efficient, pleasant and informative. When it came time to leave, there were no taxis around, so one of the staff drove me to the airport for the normal taxi fare. The room was spacious, well appointed, maintained and cleaned. A fruit bowl would have been a nice touch for a non-Muslim during Ramadan. I had a meal from the wide room service menu, and this was well prepared and presented. No complaints here. The breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of choice and good service. My only wish was for some real bacon after being without for over a year. Value for money? I was there during Ramadan, when the place is very quiet, with some of the hotel facilities unavailable, and offering significant discounts on the regular price. So yes, good value."

"My stay in the hotel was awesome! I highly commend their staff for being friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. My room was clean and organized, the pool was exquisitely beautiful, and the hotel itself is near to the airport. I would definitely choose Elite again if I'll go back to Bahrain. "

"I booked and in my booking I requested early check in,,,and a quite room. I got exactly what I asked for....I asked for two extra towels, a bath robe, extra tea bags and coffee and slippers and I got that too. staff are friendly and professional. good security which is good to have…however it would be better if hotel guests do not hear the walkie talki which is loud. The hotel has a nice private swimming pool unlike some hotels where everyone can look onto the pool. It has excellent facilities. What I really like is the location next to Juffair mall. Access to Juffair mall is from ground floor and not 4th floor unless you want to walk through a restaurant on the 4th floor. Parking was not an issue since the hotel provides valet parking. Hotel is suitable for families and single guests. I would recommend the high floors for families since it is quitter. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to families and friends. I will book in the hotel again soon. "

"This was my first stay in Loumage Suites, I booked a studio suite Pros: 1- Quick check in 2- Walking distance to Seef Mall 3- The AC was cold Cons: 1- No microwave in the studio suite, only electric oven. It would be better to have a microwave instead of an oven. 2- The bed was not comfortable, there were 2 mattresses attached widely together. 3- The floor is ceramic tiles without any carpet on it. 4- No room service showed up in my whole stay for 4 days which disappointed me. 5- The parking area was narrow and really not fitting big cars even I don't know how there is a concrete column in the middle of the ramp! 6- The door at each parking floor which takes you to the elevators is dangerous, if someone opened that door, he/she will hit the moving car or be hit by the car, at least make a glass window in the door to have a visibility before opening the door. 7- For the checkout, the receptionist sent someone to check the room which I did not see before at any hotel in Bahrain."

"We were more than happy with our experience overall. The hotel is located in a very good are; away from traffic but close enough to all upbeat spots in Manama. The staff was very welcoming, everyone greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome especially for our baby. Everything was arranged based on our requests. The cleanliness can be better, but we were there at Eid and staff were overwhelmed with work. Overall, we will be visiting this hotel in our next trip to Bahrain."

"First time in Bahrain. The Hotel is new, price was workable & the location was great. A very luxurious stay, the Breakfast buffet on offer was fantastic. The food on offer at the restaurants was really nice & the staff in whole was really helpful & friendly. One point I would like to mention is that you should have plenty of money in change, have a Taxi App like UBER for getting around places as sometime the Taxi's try to wipe you out saying no change money. It's about 0.38 Bahrain Dinar's to a us$. never ask the hotel to book you a Taxi as they come, you get in and at final destination the taxi driver takes double or triple of the actual fare saying that the cab was ordered by the hotel and is un-metered. this is day-light robbery.
