Recommended without hesitation : from the moment we arrived until the day we left we were made to feel welcome by all of the staff . The location is superb - overlooking an inlet and just a very short walk from the city centre and the attractions of the Old Town. The room was spotless on arrival and kept that way on a daily basis by the hardworking & cheerful household staff. The bed was large and comfortable, the sheets were changed several times during our stay and extra blankets were provided in the room. Breakfast (included in the price) was straightforward and well thought out; the eating area was clean & well maintained and once again there were plenty of staff on hand to ensure that everyone had everything that they wanted. The pool area was very well organized and kept to a very high standard ; we saw the pool being cleaned several times during our stay and maintenance was carried out every day. There was plenty of varied seating. A very enjoyable holiday experience.

overall, we had a nice stay at apartamento blancala. the view was perfect from our room: mediterranean sea with a glimpse of ciutadella from afar. the hotel was near 2 beach coves which can be accessible by car, bike or even walking if you're up for it. the rooms are a bit old but with the price i paid, i couldn't complain. food was good at the restaurant and the staff were friendly.

This hotel is right by the palms plaza, near all the little shops in Ciutadella, 10 minutes from the port and 10 minutes from the bus station to the beaches. My family and I took the airport transfer to and from the hotel (you must book online! In advance) and they do not drop off straight at the hotel. That was probably the most confusing part. It's nearby - just 10 minutes walk, but the directions weren't super clear at the beginning and having Google Maps when we arrived was invaluable. We had breakfast there a few times and it was fine - pastries, bread rolls, fruit, cheese. The staff was also very nice, but I had to struggle a bit with my Castellano as not all of them spoke a lot of English.

Stayed with this resort for 6 nights. Really love this place as in good location and has a lot of things to do. We were out nearly everyday to see Menorca at its best but everytime ,we go back to the apartment, kids will go to the swimming pool ( which opens til 8pm) and then afterwards , we go to the beach to swim. We even walked around the hill around it and see the sunset. There are also kids activities. Beautiful place. A special thanks to Jacqueline, who give us a seaview apartment!!Loved it!

I arrived from the UK a day early for my holiday because of the convenience of flights. I found the hotel a little treasure situated in a former house in a very narrow street near the centre of town. A lovely modern room and a fine breakfast. My room was just as pictured on the website and if the others are similar they would probably suit visitors wanting central accommodation for a longer stay. The only suggestion I would make to the proprietors is that they tell newcomers about the password night entry arrangement in advance as the hotel isn't the sort of place with a well lit foyer and a night porter so it looked closed when I arrived quite late. The bell was answered though. I would happily use this hotel again.

We booked this hotel only for one night, because our catamaran was on dry for a minor repair. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. But where I was "very impressed", was the honesty of the staff. I forgot in the hotel room my scarf and three days later want back to ask for it ( not having big hope that I will find it ). You can imagine how happy I was when I've got it back! Maybe the hotel is three stars, but the staff definitely deserves ten!

I came to Menorca for 13 hours and stayed here for two days. This place is so good that I fell in love with Menorca. First, the cleanliness of the hostel was very clean. Both bed linen and floor toilets were perfect. Second, accessibility with the sea. On the terrace you can see the beautiful sea, right in front of the sea. I was so happy. Third, a delicious breakfast. Fresh fruit, variety of coffee, various breads were all good. I still miss it. And the neighborhood is perfect. The people at the nearby restaurants were also friendly. Me and my husband got used to it in a strange place. So I love Menorca.

We arrived to the hotel very tired at 11am and they gave us the room without any extra charge. Everyday cleaned the room. We are glutenfree and the leader of waiters told us everyday what we can eat. They paid attention to food allergies. They were very kind and helpful. Room is furnished with good quality and taste. Also the bathroom is very clean and nice, looks new. I only can recommand it. Hotel has also own parking place and a big parking area very close to them. Punta Prima Beach is 50meter. Hotel is next to bus stop, and a lot of restaurant, cafe bar. Almost everyday live music at the bar. We haven't take part on it, we could relax in the room, it wasn't noisy. Perfect stay.

self catered apartments need more; to clean pots etc. a grill would be useful, coffee maker not necessary or used! retractable wash line across bath would be handy :) need to include all international visitors, not just cater for italians staying within hotel. update/maintenance on hotel facilities; such as gym equipment repaired or replaced, many unusuable as broken and dangerous, a little air-freshner would be good and windows open to freshen up this stale area, make it more appealing for customers to use! spa closed as broken apparently too! due to 'orange club', facilities such as tennis were only available 1 hour in the morning and 2 hours later during the afternoon! even when it was vacant most the time, this isn't fair on those whom have paid to have hotel facilities but are not allowed to use them, just in case the club clients might want to use them!! as the club is unavailable for other nationalities to use, this is very unfair. overall, the hotel could be a perfect holiday, if suggestions were applied; from previous clients staying at the hotel.

Our experience at the hotel was awesome. The location, the facilities and the hospitality of the owners and staff made our stay unforgettable. The team was helpful in locating taxis, providing directions to spots on the island and provided dining suggestions. Each morning a wonderful breakfast with hot options were provided and in the evening drinks on the open air patio were give for our refreshments. I felt like we were at home, staying with family. My wife and I would stay at the hotel again and we look forward to it next visit.

This hotel is located in one of the most beautiful Calas in Menorca Hotel is nice, room was clean great staff, however simple things like charging for swimming in the infinity pool makes it pitty we are already paying premium and the want to charge you a fortune for extra simple things Also hiring a car is a must as the hotel is isolated from everywhere, evethough the hotel charges for parking ( once again extras, extras, extras ) there is plenty of street parking arround. General good hotel

Agroturismo son Triay was simply perfect, we were there for a weekend and we felt so good there that we extended our stay once there. Literally, we couldn't have asked for better. The location is amazing, this old farm in the middle of nature make you feel home. Our accommodation was a little white house "Ca del guarda" with a giant fig tree in front of our door shading the little terrace there. Liying in the terrace with your head covered by it was really relaxing. As well as the atmosphere in the place: calm, simple, silent, best feelings to feel after a day under the hot sun at the sea. What contribute to make our stay at Don Triay that perfect is the staff that run the place and the farm. They were all really nice and available for everything. For sure we'll go back there!

This is a very comfortable guest house in pretty country a few kilometres outside Ciutadella. Spotlessly clean with good facilities. Our room had a sunny terrace overlooking a nice swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful and there are several nice touches such as fruit and drinks provided free and facilities to make tea and coffee with pastries also provided. Ciutadella is an attractive town and only a few minutes drive away. Highly recommended !
