"We chose the Japanese style room for 4 people and it was very big and roomy. Beds weren't very comfortable but I'm guessing the traditional mats are something westerners need to get used to. Was very dissapointed that the pool was closed even though it was 30+ degrees. Restaurant was over priced and the food was nothing special. Staff were very lovely and helped us read the menu which was only in japanese. The hotel is very remote so if you don't have a vehicle it would be hard to get around and eating choices would be very limited. We had a car and parking was free which was a big bonus. If it wasnt for the fantastic view from the room I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're coming for the spa which we didn't use. The outdoor foot bath was lovely to use in the evening and the kids enjoyed this too. "
