"The place is really clean i saw cleaners cleaning all the common area and they change bedsheets and clean room as per request. The location is very strategic as its near JR shinimamiya and subway shinimamiya and Dobutsuen mae subway station. Nearby 24 hrs grocery store ,family mart, daiso, don quijote and Tsutenkaku tower and osaka zoo. Staff is very friendly. i have stayed in many guesthouse in this area and i would say this is the best. For those saying the place is dangerous that is not true!!!! There might be some homeless people here but they are very old people which are not even capable of doing any harm to you. This is japan hahaha (not a 3rd world country) so it is safe everywhere i even walk late night here and its very safe in general in all parts of japan. Newly renovated lobby and small restaurant and takoyaki and ice cream shop has recently opened within the building. This place is best for budget and solo traveler. P.S. be aware there are some inconsiderate guests that will bang there room door even during sleeping hours (Koreans and Chinese are the most inconsiderate guests."

"I found Karaksa the best choice hotel for location that is near to Shin Osaka which has JR, Metro and Shinkansen and lots of restaurants. It took abt 5-8 min to walk to station. Staff are helpful and very nice. They delivered our luggage to the room already when we got back to the hotel at 9pm in the first night. The room has everything even more than we expected - a small sofa, a bath tub, pajamas (compared to what we heard about hotels in Japan). Beds are comfy two pillows (hard and soft). Shower was strong and we can put two (one big and one small) luggages in the room. Lawson downstair- u dont need to go out of the building and public bath which is very clean and not crowded. Room is also clean. The building is new and well designed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Fyi that I had two beds standard room. "

"My partner & I booked this hotel at the literal last minute because our reserved booking elsewhere proved inhospitable. It was winter season and we were wandering in the cold. I wasn't expecting much for the price, and was just hoping for a warm bed and hot shower. Nest Hotel proved itself to be much more! Upvote #1) Central Location: The hotel is very conveniently located at a walking distance from Osaka station, which places their guests at the heart of the city. There are lots eateries catered to many budgets and some are 24-hour joints. There is a fully-functional 7/11 next to the hotel too. Upvote #2) The premises are clean. The bed, comforter & pillows (can request for more of the latter at no cost) are soft. The room has excellent amenities, like a safe, mini-fridge and a stock of the hotel's unique blend of ground coffee brew. The bathroom has a deep bathtub, multi-function bidet and heated mirror (keeps the glass condensation free). Upvote #3) In the mornings, you can expect a simple but tasty spread of breads, rolls & other pastries available for free for all guests. A couple of toasters at the end of the spread are there if you'd like a piping hot bun in the morning. There is a coffee machine with freshly grounded beans and takeaway cups available next to the spread. The breakfast spread is available from 6.30am-9.30am, but all the good bread is practically gone by 8.30am so get up good and early if you'd like some carbs. The hotel recommends that you take the coffee & bread up to your room with the provided takeaway plates and cups, but they don't mind if small groups of guests were to quietly dine in the lobby. Upvote #4) If you like to take shots of your travel accommodations, the hotel lobby offers some quintessential minimalist lighting & decor that looks modern-contemporary in the day and simply lovely in the night. Upvote #5) There's a laundry room & vending machine options on the second floor. The prices are affordable but the instruction"

"Though located at Shinsaibashi, this hotel is a bit away from the Eki. It takes around 10 min walking which is acceptable for such a high-standard hotel. I've been to more than 10 hotels in Japan and this is the BEST I've had. Having a fabulous and modern look from outside, its interior design is new and good too. Room is BIG comparing to the general standard of Japan, very big indeed in terms of this price. The room has a spectacular inside looking with everything newly equipped and decorated, especially this hotel has just 3 year-history. Being a business hotel the staff speaks quite fluent English which adds point to the hotel. If I go to Osaka again I MUST choose this hotel again. I strongly recommend this hotel to you all."

"When I get to the hotel in Osaka,it's very convinent for me to use every facility in this hotel ,only except of the washing machine.Too many people need to use that machine, directly makes this kind of service unavaliable.I suggest you put the washing and drying machine out of the spring room ,no matter men and women both can use it.It has two kinds of advance. Fist,it can makes more machines avaliable at the same time;second,it can makes everyone get the chance to wash or dry their clothes."

"Hotel room was small, which is common in Osaka. But it was 2-3 minutes walk from Kitahama Train Station, which was the best thing. Hotel is next to 7 eleven for any emergency food. Good service, cleanliness and facilities as expected in any hotel in Osaka or Japan. Not many restaurants near hotel, but if you eat Japanese, then you have 4-5 good restaurants, and a super market in Kitahama plaza. "

"The hotel is very new, only opened in late November 2019. Location wise, it is absolutely the best!!! It is connected to Osaka Station and from the overhead pedestrian walkway (easier to maneuver the huge station city) and the Osaka/Umeda Station, we could go to Lucua, Hankyu, Daimaru, Hanshin and Grand Front Osaka departmental stores! It is simply amazing. The hotel room is clean and nicely furnished. However, due to the layout, it is too cramped for four of us. I thought the room is 47m2 but we really found it hard to move around the room. There are 4 single beds in the room and only one table top right in front of the TV with a smaller lower adjacent table where the kettle and cups are placed. We couldn't find anywhere to place our three midsized luggages other than the small floor area between the wall and the beds. There is also no shelving or hooks in the bathroom, so we have to place them outside below the sink. It would be nice if the hotel could free up more space in room."

"Not the best hotel I have stayed in Osaka, but definitely new and clean. It does the job for me. Other travelers indicated that location is hard to find, but if you follow the hotel website’s map, you will definitely have no problem finding it. Room is small in general, you should expect that in most Japan hotel. Bathroom size is standard for Japan hotel as well. Hotel is only 1 month old, things are new and clean. I am only there to sleep at night and it serves the purpose for me. Hotel is surrounded by many adults hotel, but you will not feel unsafe there (even late at night) "
