The hotel does not have generator backup. When contacted the staff, they told us that the town has regular power cuts in the mornings for long hours. No hot water available for bath and the staff doesn't have courtesy to provide a bucket of hot water. Go to this place/hotel, if you are ready to take bath with chilled water. Bed linen is not clean.
Hotel Valley View is a decent hotel peacefully located down the road in lower Pelling. The owner, cook and other staff boys are ever smiling, excellent and made our stay comfortable. We Were treated by the staff at the hotel as if we have committed a crime by routing through AGODA Website, had we booked by paying cash at the counter we could have met with better treatment by the staff(Particularly the manager) at Hotel Sunrise Regency.

Its not a resort its a building with extremely dirty rooms with dirty bedsheets etc. The toilets fittings pipes everything is at its worse. The kitchen is horrible. No hygiene. Welcome area is full of mosquitoes of not less than 100 types. Its a misleading hotels with high charges. Try some better resort or hotel at half its price. Complete dissatisfaction.
A good property located on the slides of mountain and spread across over a huge area. On a clear day, one can enjoy the glimpse of snowy mountain from room itself. Dining, staffs won't give you any chance for complaining too. Overall a good recommendable place to stay upon at Pelling.
